“I don’t make reviews often, but I got some of the best service at a McDonald’s here. Got a large meal and the cashier at the drive thru looked in my bag, saw they gave me a medium fry and corrected it. A national hero. He even asked if I wanted and sauces or anything before I left. Stupendous service. And my food is hot. 5 stars fabulous place.“

“I came in 7 minutes before they closed, told them I knew it was late and was fine if they just wanted to go home, as I could only imagine the frustration of someone last minute. They said it was okay and took my order, nothing big just two items and verified with them it was alright to be ordering extras like fries that late. Turns out they had two people call out and so it seemed to just be 3 of them holding down the fort. Anyways tipped them in cash and thanked them. As for the food?
Burger? BOMB.
Fries? BOMB.

Don’t come in late like I did though, they don’t deserve that, tip them they definitely deserve that.

“This company always hires the best people. Things go right 95% of the time but the other 5% the kindness and generosity of the staff make up for it and then some. I went for lunch just as they began serving and there was a slight delay. Nadia B was apologetic and doubled my order on the house. Acts like this endear me to chik fil a and it's wonderful staff.“

“Excellent food for the price, it was cheap but it was delicious. The daily specials are always something delicious and the customer service is always on point. One thing I personally like is the "secret menu" that they are developing. The staff members are always friendly and my food did not take long to be prepared from when it was ordered.“

“I've always loved going to Jersey Mike's because rheir food is so good but yesterday was different. I ordered online and when I got home after a very long day at work my order was completely wrong. I ordered a number 17 and whatever I got had buffalo sauce which I clearly didn't ask for. when I called they offered for me to go back the same night and they'll remake it but it was late and I didn't want to have to drive all the way back. I was so disappointed because I've never had an issue with them before.“

“It was a random Sunday and my daughter and I needed something for dinner. We normally frequent the Groton CT location but we ventured here today. When we walked in the place was empty but so clean! All the tomatoes and other condiments were filled nice and high and looked fresh. The two gentlemen assisting us were super friendly and helpful! Seriously one of the best experiences here!“

“I definitely recommend that you go if you are nearby. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It is worth mentioning that both the interior and the staff are extremely clean and polite. I have been to this place several times with my family. Each time the service was better than the last. I should also mention that it is managed by an Iranian lady who is incredibly unique.“
