“This is by far the best McDonalds I have ever been to. For starters, the food at this location is always impeccable. They always have the most crispy fries and tastiest burgers. They are genuinely a step above every other McDonalds I have been to.

I decided to write this review today after an experience with this location where they displayed above and beyond customer service. I love Cinnamonroll from hello kitty, and I really wanted the Cinnamonroll X Donetello happy meal toy. I called this location to ask if they would be willing to sell me specifically that toy if I came to the store. To be quite frank, when I reached out I did not expect results, and was actually kind of afraid of being dismissed or treated like a nuisance. The person who answered when I called, though, was extremely kind and looked for the toy for me. Unfortunately they were not able to find it, but genuinely seemed remorseful they could not find it for me.

Then, a few hours later, to my complete surprise I received a call back. It was the same employee and they said they actually did end up finding one and that they would hold it for me. I went to the location and was treated, once again, very kindly by the person at the front counter as I made my purchase. They also respected my gender identity which is something I greatly appreciate.

To me this demonstrated above and beyond commitment to customer satisfaction that I think deserves praise! Thank you McDonald's Lisbon! I love my Cinnamonroll Donetello.“

“It’s not often a place like Subway can blow your expectations out of the water, in fact previously to my experience here I would say it had never happened, however that changed when my sandwich artist Elizabeth provided me with the most scrupulous service. Never in all my sheep hauling days have I encountered lettuce distribution so precise, tomato’s sliced with rigorous attention to detail, or so many options for how the bacon might be served on the sub. When my mouth finally made love to the sweet flavors of my BLT (not BMT) it was like stepping back into my youth. It is with serious doubt that I could expect another experience at a subway as ethereal as this one. Great work!!“

“Been here a few times now and have tried something different each time I have yet to be let down. Food is amazing, friendly staff and a great location to stop and grab a quick bite. Highly recommend this place definitely one of my favorites now.“

“I came in 7 minutes before they closed, told them I knew it was late and was fine if they just wanted to go home, as I could only imagine the frustration of someone last minute. They said it was okay and took my order, nothing big just two items and verified with them it was alright to be ordering extras like fries that late. Turns out they had two people call out and so it seemed to just be 3 of them holding down the fort. Anyways tipped them in cash and thanked them. As for the food?
Burger? BOMB.
Fries? BOMB.

Don’t come in late like I did though, they don’t deserve that, tip them they definitely deserve that.

“Food, service, vibes — 5 stars. A hidden gem in Norwich, CT. We have had nothing but the most wonderful of experiences at the Chill & Grill. It is my daughter's favorite restaurant — such a friend, safe, accessible restaurant that is, without fail, so clean and welcoming. The staff is so lovely and kind. “My husband and I went to this restaurant on the way to the ferry. The place was spotless, the customer service was amazing. Emily really took care of us helping us place our order and having a smile and being so kind the whole time. Definitely will be back to stop in next time we are in Connecticut <3“

“A solid chick fil a location.
This is our go to for breakfast while at Mohegan Sun. It opens at 9 which is a little late for my liking but the staff is great and the prices are normal and are not casino high.
Definitely a great spot for a great meal.“

“I have been coming to Yantic subway for many years. Have had birthday parties there and will continue to do-the same. The staff is so receiving and thoughtful in their service. “Usually this Wendy's has been really slow in the past but I just wanna say whatever they're paying Kyle I believe his name was he may have said Ky, either way pay that gentleman more! He was friendly, addressed everything super easily for me (my wife is complicated)...that dude is on his way places...you never know how far manors and being respectful can get you. He made an otherwise annoying errand for my wife, super quick and easy!!“
