“I've been to a lot of dunkin' donuts in my lifetime because I love dunkin' donuts and when they mess the order up it really irks me but Manchester dunkin' donuts hands down overall is the best dunkin' donuts in Connecticut Hartford does not compare at all and I've been to a lot of dunkin' donuts in Hartford I lived there for 58 years terrible service get your order wrong and act like they have a attitude because you come back and complain they should model after Manchester“

“This is the best Dunkin in Connecticut, I can’t even lie. They always run me my order perfectly and I’ve never had an issue with them. The employees are really nice and they always get my food in on time. my food is never burnt or soggy or disgusting, it’s always perfect and they never left out anything from my order like some other Dunkins I’ve been to.

Vegetarian options: You have options to choose if you would like a vegetarian option or not, you can request no bacon or you can request no meat in certain foods that they have. It is really easy to make a vegetarian option because on the mobile app, it allows you to customize your sandwich.

Parking: The parking lot is pretty decent, there is a lot of parking spaces.

Kid-friendliness: I see kids running around all the time and they love this Dunkin.

“I work over by the mall so I often stop in here before my shifts. I place mobile orders and they’re always ready by the time I come in. But if they’re out of something then I interact with the staff, and that’s why I’m leaving this review. ALL STAFF are fast to help me, they’re ALL friendly, and energetic when im half awake and half coherent. Even though I live in Hartford, this is my new go to Dunkin for whenever I need a boost of energy before work. Going here is the best part of my morning, lol. I’ll never have to worry about running late to work because everything here is so in and out and that’s what keeps me coming back.

“My wife and I visit this dunkin weekly on our way to do shopping. First, the negative. We do order ahead to try and save time waiting. Unfortunately, the drive-thru line is almost always out close to the street when we get there, but i will say the staff is quick, so the wait isn't too long for us. The staff is friendly, tho we dont talk much, as we usually do order ahead. And the gazeebo is a nice sight while waiting to order jn the drive thru. Our food is always right, and the coffees are very well prepared. All in all, I'd say this is a really good dunkin' to go to if it is a local or you're close by.“
