“This Dunkin is a bit of a caffeinated crapshoot. The staff is a mixed bag—some are stellar, others seem allergic to courtesy. Mornings are a delight, with friendly employees who sling coffee and food with the speed of a ninja. Come afternoon or evening, though, you might encounter the grumpy crew, who act like taking your order is a personal offense. Every now and then, panhandlers outside add a touch of unsolicited street theater to the experience.“

“This is the best Dunkin in Connecticut, I can’t even lie. They always run me my order perfectly and I’ve never had an issue with them. The employees are really nice and they always get my food in on time. my food is never burnt or soggy or disgusting, it’s always perfect and they never left out anything from my order like some other Dunkins I’ve been to.

Vegetarian options: You have options to choose if you would like a vegetarian option or not, you can request no bacon or you can request no meat in certain foods that they have. It is really easy to make a vegetarian option because on the mobile app, it allows you to customize your sandwich.

Parking: The parking lot is pretty decent, there is a lot of parking spaces.

Kid-friendliness: I see kids running around all the time and they love this Dunkin.

“I work over by the mall so I often stop in here before my shifts. I place mobile orders and they’re always ready by the time I come in. But if they’re out of something then I interact with the staff, and that’s why I’m leaving this review. ALL STAFF are fast to help me, they’re ALL friendly, and energetic when im half awake and half coherent. Even though I live in Hartford, this is my new go to Dunkin for whenever I need a boost of energy before work. Going here is the best part of my morning, lol. I’ll never have to worry about running late to work because everything here is so in and out and that’s what keeps me coming back.
