“Extraordinary place: healthy fresh ingredients, various options, big portions, great environment and people! I’m beyond happy and grateful to have discovered this place (I work in the area and this is my to-go place for lunch take out - ordering is extremely easy through the website). Thank you for the amazing things you are doing!“
“Attention all vegetarians: yes yes and yes lol. The food was delicious. So many vegetarian options. I had the falafel gyro and loaded fries. One dish is plenty, but I had to try both. Oh and their tzatziki sauce is out of this world! Best I’ve ever had. This place would be perfect if it had more of a restaurant vibe and less like a fast food set up. But definitely worth a try. We will 100% be going back.“
“I’m not a review writer, but felt compelled to review this restaurant. The food is delicious. The service by the owner was beyond what I’ve experienced. I’m copying the decor in the bathroom in my own house. It was so well done! I’m a picky coffee drinker and would stop back in just for the delicious coffee in the beautiful mugs.I’m anaphylaxis reaction allergic to sesame. A main ingredient of all vegan restaurants. A fact which makes me nervous to dine in any restaurant with more than one sesame dish on the menu. The owner (also our server) clearly understood what an allergy meant and its import. She was honest to tell me that my options were limited because of their long time and ubiquitous use of sesame. I ordered the first item that caught my eye anyway, which was a strawberry salad. She told me that she used all fresh ingredients that she pulled from the refrigerator to ensure that nothing that was on my plate even ever had the chance to touch anything Sesame. My friend, who has eaten here before assured me all of the menu items are delicious, but this experience allowed me to enjoy my delicious salad without fear a first in a long while. Anyone who loves delicious food in an atmosphere you can Immediately identify as home, needs to go to Arles and Boggs.Vegetarian options: All vegan.Dietary restrictions: Owner knows and appreciates dietary restrictions. Go, you will eat delicious food without worry.Parking: Large public parking lot across the street.“
“This place has an absolute artist making delicious baked goods. I sometimes buy something and don’t want to eat it because it looks so amazing. You can tell a lot of time, effort, blood, sweat, and tears go into making these delectable treats! Always an amazing experience. Visually amazing and beyond delicious. Get here early because they usually sell out fast!“
“Absolutely delicious gluten free items to pick from every Thursday!! I’m so grateful to have a bakery that offers GF for people like myself who are very sensitive celiacs. I’ve never been glutened and the taste of everything I’ve tried is just amazing!!“
“I really love this little bakery. I was in a bind and needed a cake within two days and every other place that I contacted said they could not do what I needed. For reference it was a white cake, with a picture of Ronald McDonald on it with a raked texture and matching frame. So in my opinion it was a cake that was not complex, but for some reason the large grocery stores refused me. When I went in to Nonnie’s , everyone was so warm and kind. They were personable and became really invested in my silly McDonald's Birthday Cake Debacle. The cake was loved by all that ate it. Very light, but fulfilling. I would recommend anyone who needs baking done, to take a visit to Nonnie’s. They treat you like family , their prices are VERY fair and I will definitely return again.? also there Italian cookies next level good! I plan to grab some more in a couple days.?“
“I needed a Glutin free cake and a regular cake for my sister's suprise 60th and her and her husband's 20th anniversary party. Mix Fine Cakes & Pastries did a fantastic job. Everyone raved about the cakes being perfect. Devil food, with a layer of chocolate moose and a whipped cream base frosting. Delicious!!“
“Food is very good. Salads are always fresh and dressings are perfect. Sometimes the grilled chicken is too hard. Grinders are great and huge. Chicken tenders and fries are well done but sometimes kind of spice (maybe they use pepper). Prices are fair. Overall “
“Had the pleasure of dining here while in the CT area. Thank you for providing delicious and mostly nutritious food that is vegan AND soy free. I had the kale smoothie with blueberries, ginger, cinnamon and dates, the taco walnut, and the mixed berry pie. Everything was delicious. If ever I’m in this part of town I will be sure to visit.“
“For those who live in the Cheshire/Prospect/Waterbury area, CHECK OUT NEWBROOK KITCHEN!!!! Fun and funky atmosphere and truly, some of the best food I've EVER eaten. Chef/proprietor Danielle Hartog Kostecki is gifted. A six-course meal that ranged from gnocchi over a spinach-artichoke purée to Wagyu beef sliders over sweet potatoes with a bleu cheese "fondue," this was an epic meal. And everything is "quietly" gluten free. Check out her website and make a reservation, you will thank me. You're welcome!“
“My girlfriend and I love trying new restaurants and today was the Hop Haus. I must say from the minute we walked in, we felt happy as the place was warm and friendly. Mary, our bartender, did an excellent job making sure we had everything we needed. I said to myGirlfriend, I guess there really is “something about Mary”. The food was excellent and the drinks were the best. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks for hiring such great people. They truly make the placeSpecial!!“
“Bakery On Maple is a fantastic gem located near Federal Hill. Their baked goods are without a doubt some of the best we've had. Their cinnamon rolls might be the best example of "max" cinnamon taste without being overpowered, their croissants are so light & flakey, the gingerbread bar while thick, was very soft to bite into & had such rich flavor - we loved the chocolate cupcake (fantastic chocolate cream!) and their macarons are simply delicious - probably my wife's favorite but so close. Cannot wait to go back and try more of their baked goods soon!“
“Connie's is one of my favorite local breakfast spots! I literally go there almost every Saturday morning... it's not very big place, so sometimes you do have to wait for a table to be seated (but it's breakfast, so the turnover time is pretty quick). If you're going on a Saturday or Sunday morning, I'd recommend going bright and early (around 8AM) or a little later (after 10:30AM) to avoid the crowd. As far as the food, it's just your standard breakfast menu, and they do also have a lunch menu as well with sandwiches, etc. I usually stick with eggs, bacon, and toast, so nothing too crazy. The coffee is hit-or-miss, but usually more of a miss, unfortunately. The food is very good though!Overall the staff is generally nice, though sometimes it seems like they're a little overwhelmed and the service is a little slow. Still, I would recommend Connie's as a solid breakfast spot!“
“Great pizza! Rivals New Haven. Friendly people. You should call ahead, and it may take a while, but your pizza will be ready when promised. Atmosphere is really not applicable, but the place is clean.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free is available“
