“I Hope the owner sees this message as it is a privately owned establishment. I was there this morning at 6/6/25 - I was outside in the car waiting for someone to take my order. No one came and cars were backing up in back of me so I went in to order. Originally I was going to order an avocado toast but seeing the line and the frantic girls in the back I made my order a large coffee and a donut. There were three girls back there. Ashley - who is lovely and two other girls. It is NOT fair to have 3 people on a main strip during morning rush hour and expect them to do drive through, phone in and standing in line orders. You at least need one other person to manage the cash register and let the other girls do the cars and the phone in orders. They were yelled out (one man told them they SUCKED and that he would never come back) - I honestly have always had great service here and you absolutely need to get a college kid who is home to help you!! Your DD and the Newtown DD are usually awesome. Please get the help your ladies need so that Ashley isn't running around with her head off the charts and the other girls losing it as well - at least for the morning hours. I am a retailer as well and small business owner - and it pained me to see people getting frustrated and your girls getting verbal abuse. I am sure there are people that would take a job even for the summer.“

“We just stopped in to this location on our way home and we can’t say one bad thing about the place. My husband had a little mishap in the parking lot- dropping his coffee all over the car he JUST purchased and the employees went above and beyond to help us out. They were so kind and welcoming- way better than any Dunkin by us. We were there at 9 am on 1/13/25.“

“This morning I was craving a bacon egg and cheese and decided to stop here and try it out. I had a bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll that was pretty good I wish the bacon was a little crispier but I would get it again. I also saw that on their menu they had a gyro egg and cheese so I decided to get a sandwich for my boyfriend as well. They have a nice variety of donuts but make sure to come early so you can get the best picks! The woman at the counter was nice and had good customer service. We did get the Apple spice donut as well. I can’t wait to try some other flavor of the donuts.“

“Every time I come to this place, I order an egg & cheese with bacon and a French vanilla coffee. Compared to other chains, the prices are quite affordable, which is a big plus. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Definitely a recommended spot for breakfast or a quick coffee.“

“This place used to be my secret hideaway bc the girls who worked there were so good they knew your drink when you walked in. Now the staff is disconnected and barely talk ? but ok to go if you know how to make it and give them exact details. It's still a favorite when I don't want a line.“

“The new Dunkin' Donuts in Monroe is clean as a whistle and now has a drive-thru window. However if you are in a hurry, I would recommend going in as a service as quick and easy. Menu is as usual and their avocado toast is the way I like to start my day.“

Vegetarian options: Other than hash browns, nothing vegan for food which is very strange for 2024. Coffees and drinks have vegan options though.“

“The service is good and the price is good. And to the people who say service is slow try making enough time in the morning for stops, then you wouldn't complain because your rushing and waiting and pressuring the staff. then when they do mess your order up you know why. chive on✌️“

“The young woman at Dunkin was great. Our power is out and my dog wouldn’t eat her dry food. She’s used to me cooking chicken and veggies but can’t. She was so sweet to make me an egg and a knife for me to cut it up.“

“This is my favorite dunkin in Stratford! Not only are my drinks always consistent, but they taste soo good! I’ve become a regular here and one worker has a nickname for me which I love. She’s always asking about my daughter too. I sadly don’t know her name but she’s the biggest reason I try to go to Dunkin everyday!!“

“The staff at Dunkin were great! Besides serving the coffee like ordered has been my biggest complaint about some of the DDs in Naugatuck. Some of their crews are so busy gabbing with each other most times your order is wrong. Nor here in Bridgeport. They were very efficient. My friend told the crew we are meeting at DD for coffee and to catch up. We hadn’t seen each other in over 30 years it was great. When it slowed down in the store, one of your nice crew members she did us a great favor and took his camera and mine and took our pictures of the meeting. Now that’s service above and beyond!
