“I went through the drive through and for the first time in what feels like forever I was greeted by a cashier who made eye contact with me and asked how my day was, thanked me for coming into KFC, introduced herself and everything. “First time ever dining at Tuscany, but not my last! What a treasure! I had the beast veal Franchise ever! I ate the whole thing! The bread was crusty on the outside and soft inside and the salad was fresh and cold. The service was fantastic—the owners/chef came out to meet us.“

“I love the people who work here they are all really nice. They make really good sandwiches on sub rolls? with a free can of soda with it for like $7, and that's with basically whatever you want on it. You want turkey, ?, , ?, ?️, ?, mayo, mustard, and pepper, and whatever else you want on it like extra cheese or extra whatever too I'm pretty sure it stays $7 because me and my bf get extra stuff all the time and we don't get charged more.“

“This KFC has the most amazing food. I won't go often, but when I do crave KFC I make my way out to this one. The staff are patient and quick.KFC is my go-to chicken fast food chain. Compared to the others in the area it has the crispiest chicken, the best tasting sides, and signature menu.“

“The food is great, well seasoned, and cooked. The cook knows exactly what he is doing.
Customer service needs work, a little more, and greet customers. Also, paying for a bag is crazy we need a bag to stop the gravy from leaking all over our car/clothes.
Food presentation needs work, jerk, and stew chicken needs to be cut into smaller portions, including the yams.
Overall, the food is excellent, the restaurant is clean, bathroom clean. I will definitely recommend this spot.“

“Many KFCs in the CT area are hit or miss. Although, this Meriden location is always kept clean and the staff stays friendly. Hopefully this stays the way it is, we all know customer service and cleanliness are on the decline across the board in the fast food restaurant genre. Good job at this location for the high standards!
Kid-friendliness: Treated my 3 year old daughter with loads of love and compliments. Also, great job KFC for adding the kids meal to the menu!“

“Got the classic sandwich, mild, with fries. It was honestly probably the best chicken meal I’ve had at a restaurant. The employees were very nice and welcoming with great energy. The vibe of the restaurant with the music plus the decals on the wall was absolutely amazing. 10/10 restaurant“
