“Wendy’s will always have a soft spot in my heart. Their food is consistently made, marginal at best. You get fries in Southington, CT and Niantic, CT they taste exactly the same. Unfortunately, their frosty machine is constantly broken. I highly recommend the management of this establishment invest in better machinery to allow for us frosty and fry junkies to take care of our fix. Also, if someone asks for no cheese on a burger and it’s listed as such on your computer before checkout, be sure to have your staff look at it before putting said order in it’s fine paper package. Fast food pricing has increased so much, it’s hard not to patron an actual sit down restaurant as the prices are basically the same. $35 for a takeout fast food meal seems steep.“

“Best burger ever. We came in with 12 hungry 12 year olds, dragging in dirty snow and ice and were welcomed in with open arms. Service was warm and friendly and the restaurant was spotless, despite all the snow and ice outside. So glad I went with manager’s recommendation of the doable bbq bacon burger with ketchup and mustard. I’ll be recommending this smash burger“

“I used to go here when they first opened, and the burgers were genuinely great. I recently went back to give it another try, and the quality has clearly declined. The food no longer stands out the way it once did, and it feels like the place has lost what made it special. It may be time for Bobby to take a closer look and bring things back to the original standard.“

“A buffet-style place, but a really good one. The food includes hot dishes, salad bar, sandwich counter (and a few others) and a huge selection of beverages. I go here when I'm in a hurry, and the staff are quite helpful and friendly. The atmosphere isn't award- winning, but it's a quiet, clean little dining room and that's what matters to me when I want a quick lunch.“

“What a great place!!! I had sautéed portobello mushroom spinach and cheese sandwich which was delicious. They also had something I’ve never seen fluffernutter ice cream which was amazingly delicious. The place was adorable with the soda counter brought back lots of good memories. I love the sign that said no WiFi talk to someone :)“

“I must say, the latest owners have really turned things around. I skeptically ordered a burger this evening and I was not disappointed! So much better now. And, their beer cheese for the pretzels, is everything 🤌🏻“

“Came here from out of town. The food was delicious and the service was great. Noticed all the employees cleaning and thought it was strange and i looked online and realized they had closed over ten minutes ago. The employees didn’t even say anything and let us finish and take our time. I feel bad because if I had known we of course would have left but kudos to them for their patience truly. Would definitely come here again! Not to mention the restrooms were clean and even smelt good.“

She checked in with me often to make sure I was good and that I had what I needed as she multi tasked for her other customers on a busy Friday night. The food is always great but it’s Kenzies personality..awesome interpersonal skills that makes it even better . When she serves people their food … her delivery is so warm and pleasant it feels like a good friend is waiting on you . I’ll keep coming back 😊👍🏻.“

“We were greeted by a nasty hostess and asked to speak to a manager. The host said the manager would be 15 minutes in which she didn’t even reach out to a manager. We were a group of six all big people and could not fit in the booth. She had no people skills and we’re ready to leave after we complain to a manager. However, we met Rebecca, the manager who was the most pleasant woman we ever met. She turned an unpleasant situation into a really enjoyable one. Our server James Brown was also extremely funny and made us all feel welcomed. I must say thank you to our server and the manager Rebecca we will be back soon again. Thank you, Rebecca for being empathetic and just having the upmost sweetest and funniest personality ever. We had a great time. Thanks to you.“
