“I had my on the go order ready to push the order, so I didn't need to pull over. Idk what happened. It disappeared, so I reordered another on the go, and it went to a different Dunkin. She didn't charge me. I appreciated that, I had my barcode out to pay, and she said no.“
“My wife got a five dollar coupon for her birthday. We hit Dunkin on the way to Danbury. Very clean inside. She got a frozen coffee with french vanilla. It tasted delicious. I gave it a four instead of a five due to the time to make it. We placed a mobile order and arrived a few minutes later. I told the guy up front I was waiting for a mobile order and what the name was. Nobody else was in the store, customer after customer went through the drive-through. An employee coming off break asked if he can help me. I told him what I was there for. He checked a different printer and found the order. He apologized and made the drink very quickly. Five stars to him, four overall.“
“Stopped by this Dunkin’ around 5:30am and just wanted to shout out the man working the counter—he was incredibly kind and had such a calm, welcoming energy. It’s not often you get that kind of warmth so early in the morning, but he greeted me with a genuine smile and handed me my order like he actually cared. Nothing flashy, but those little moments of friendliness go a long way and definitely make me want to come back.“
