“With the move just down the street, Beanz and Co & The NE pasta co transformed itself to another level. The place is spacious and the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. In addition to the main dining area, There are three separate seating areas: a room with comfy seats for a small group of talkers, a back room for a quieter setting and a third room perfect for a work meeting or small group of friends or couples.

I love the inclusion of staff with challenges, otherwise may not have this positive opportunity. 💜

The catering is great; I’ve taken home a number of delicious family meals.

The restaurants are run by family and friends creating a place like home. They are always nice and friendly.🌹

I can vision this business holding events in the evening, such as family celebrations or book clubs or small bands.

“I usually always have a great experience when I’m here. Pratt street isn’t an easy place to have a restaurant and yet they’ve been doing well and keeping up with the times. With their recent renovations I feel the atmosphere is that much better.“

“We have the good fortune to work at the Pond House and Elizabeth Park typically several times a year as we are full-time wedding photographers. It is hard to find a more beautiful location if you want to mix in the gorgeous outdoors with a comfortable and stunning indoor space. We always love the well-kept and photogenic grounds, the elegant touches from the interior to the patio, and the attentive, friendly, easy-going staff who run weddings so well. The food is superb, and it It is always a pleasure to book a wedding here since it will go absolutely seamlessly in heat or cold, rain or shine. If you work in this industry you know every wedding has a mishap or two from something forgotten at home, a sudden change in the weather, the party being stuck in traffic, etc. Everyone at the Pond House rolls with the punches so well, and the venue allows us all to collectively handle this turbulence with grace. The communication is excellent with other vendors and one another. They make sure to take care of their vendors really well (which always tells me they go above and beyond for couples). “First timer here. The atmosphere was awesome. Sat at the bar and watched motoGP. I ordered the brisket egg rolls and they FAR exceeded my expectations. Crispy crunch, sweet, salty, umami. It hit every taste bud on my tongue. My husband got the brisket grilled cheese and it was out of this world good. Perfectly balanced. Not too much bbq sauce, right amount of cheese and a nice crisp bread. The tater tots were perfectly fried and salted. They were so good we didn't even need ketchup. We will for sure be back.“

“I ordered a lemon-flavored birthday cake with buttercream frosting. The cake was made with the freshest of ingredients, was moist, and was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Everyone commented on how flavorful the cake was, but the artistic talent of the baker/decorator took centerstage!!! The cake was so beautiful, we didn’t want to cut into it!!! If you decide to order a cake from Sweet Harmony you will not be disappointed!!!“

“Really good, quick food. Got oxtail curry , vegetarian tofu type of dish (That had a little bit of spice) , cabbage (so yummy!), and rice and peas. The guy that helped me was very nice. (In case you’re looking , they don’t have roti. Not many places do ☹️). And reasonably priced. Would definitely go back.“

Full review- Just found out about this gem and had to try it. As a connoisseur of Caribbean cuisine it is our mission to try and review every restaurant we can in the area.

Apparently, they’ve been open for a few months but we weren’t aware. Found them on a google maps search at 5.05pm on Saturday. The listing said they closed at 5pm. On a whim called the phone number immediately and pleaded with them to stay open for pick up. The kind lady replied that she was planning to be open for another couple of hours. So I jumped in the car and headed over there quickly.

We ordered variety of dishes :
- Chicken jerk chicken
- Curry goat
- Oxtail

The jerk chicken was running out so we completed the order with a little bit of stew chicken.

All the dishes were very good.
The rice and peas were truly special - Perhaps an extra dose of Love❤️
The Stew chicken was also outstanding.
We will be ordering all these dishes again.

The location is incredibly convenient. it is on College Street literally a block from Main Street.

Middletown is emerging us a culinary destination, and this lovely cozy Jamaican spot really elevates the game.

The food is good. The people are wonderful. the location is fantastic.

Parking: Plenty of parking- street, garage.

“Not many vegan options... The only protein option they have for sandwiches is hummus, and most of the time they don't have any in stock! Pretty disappointing to drive all the way there to realize they don't have anything you want to eat. All the other food is good, if a little pricey. Yummy smoothies and soup“

Wheelchair accessibility: Two door entrance and a lip, prolly tough to wheel in via chair or electric but totally cool crowd to have people see u and help u in most of the time.“
