“We recently attended a New Haven high school reunion at Lost In New Haven Museum. The Olde World Pizza Truck was hired to serve 70 people. The food and service was excellent. Everybody in attendance commented how good the experience was. The staff was friendly and professional, serving different pies on a timely basis. The salad and Gelato was a nice added touch. There was plenty of extra pizza for the people to take home. All trash was cleared, no extra work. I highly recommend this company.“

“I only stopped here to see the venue as a possible wedding venue for my daughter as I waited to watch her flight from HVN Tweed fly back South. I drove from Hartford area to take her to the airport at Tweed and I figured I go to the beach to watch here Avelo flight depart. I walked around the grounds at Anthony’s , although covered in snow, it was very well maintained. Top notch everything from the lights to the gardens, the brick and stone work , they even had a koi fish pond that is stunning with lights everywhere on the property. A couple of gazebos with stunning views of the sunset as a backdrop. Absolutely a stunning place right on the Long Island Sound, Morris Cove I believe is what it is called. Very stunning. Definitely must see it in person to fully grasp how amazingly stunning the place is. Everything is perfection here. Even glass doors along the walled off outdoor area to get to the beach. A perfect place for a reception of any kind with plenty of space. I was amazed at how big the outdoor sections are. So many people can enjoy the outdoors at this venue with nice gardens, tables and chairs and Luxury seating available.
I could only imagine what it would look like without snow covering everything and the gardens in full bloom. I went on there we sit and noticed they do more than just weddings. They have several events throughout the year. There is an exotic dinner to attend, an Easter Buffet to bring your family to, dinner with Mickey & Minnie, a Halloween Party and other events.
This would be a great place for any kind of reunion or event. A very special place. The town around is very nice as well.
Right by the Tweed airport HVN in New Haven so very convenient for people to fly to in order to attend any event.
I would absolutely love to attend a party or event here.

“We worked with Karen and her amazing team including her talented head chef Tess for our wedding in Summer 2024, and I literally could not recommend them more highly. We had a complex multi-cultural wedding and we wanted to do something special for our food, so floated the idea of Korean-style rice bowls with delicious mains and tons of vegetables and sauces to Karen. To our delight, she was super energized by the idea and SKBT did everything they possibly could to ensure that our food was absolutely phenomenal and unique, down to the tiniest of details. They also made their own vegan kimchi, which my Korean family complimented highly. Over and over again we heard from our guests how the food was the best they’ve had at a wedding, and one dear friend said, “this isn’t wedding food, this is HUMAN food” which is exactly what we wanted. Karen and SKBT are competent, creative, detail-oriented, and heartful professionals and we were so excited to work with them to give our loved ones the best meal we could with our budget. “Having an outside party? THIS is the best food truck to hire! Today, June 21,2025, I’m at my niece’s graduation party & this food truck was amazing! It’s like having a personal restaurant on your lawn. The pizza was fantastic -THE BEST- actually! Frank made me a gluten free pizza with potato, bacon & carmelized onions. Oh my goodness! It has to be the BEST GF pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Super thin, well cooked! I can’t say enough good things about this pizza. He made all types of pizza. Very organized, clean and so delicious! Wonderful people to talk to! Then they have other services like Gelato Giuliana-between the pizza and the gelato-it is the best of New Haven! “Okay my now husband and I hated the idea of pre-decided menu-- mandatory pasta stations with bland sauces, a smattering of cheese no one will eat etc. LOTS of caterers work this way. Chris worked with us to decide a menu that felt like US for our special day.

We're also a multicultural couple and he made sure to represent our influences in the food. Our short rib was delish and our halibut was soooo tasty with a buttery texture. Even before that Chris and his team managed our tasting with tons of generosity and finesse.

Chris is also just a beautiful person in general and was so fun to chat with-- and took time out on nights and weekends to help us get to the finish line.

I tried a sampler of six (out of the eight available) flavors: • Traditional chocolate chip • Salted caramel • S'mores • Cannoli • Blueberry lemon • Orange creamsicle The other flavors were oatmeal raisin walnut and peanut butter chocolate chip. The six flavors I had were absolutely amazing. The cookies were light and flavorful, absolutely delicious. They make gift baskets too, so you can share the goodness. Highly recommended.“
