“This is the only location where I get exactly what I order - the staff (Jen, Gemma, Taylor, Emma) are all super friendly and accommodating. This location also has a core staff that has been there for a long time - yes they continually add to their staff but is nice being greated by the same friendly faces daily. The owner must is must be doing something right!.“

“Stopped by today for the first time and was truly impressed! They used coffee infused ice cubes in my ice coffee which is super rare and I very much appreciated. The donuts were also incredible- super fresh tasting. The lemon donut was one of the best donuts I've ever tried- not overpowering and not artificial tasting. The service was also great. Will absolutely be back to try more stuff.“

“We’ve always heard great things about this spot, but WOW! I think these may be some of the best donuts I’ve had out of the made-to-order kind of donut shops. I was so appreciative that they had a list of popular combinations to choose from because I’m not creative enough to pick on my own lol! We had the death by chocolate and raspberry truffle and were in heaven! Friendly staff and the donuts were made quickly. Such a cute shop and we’ll definitely come back when we’re in the area!“

“So this place is a little gold mine. Does a great business with a mass of loyal local customers. Inside it's dated and a bit dirty. Very limited seating. Food is ordinary and reminds me of something that would come out of an average family's kitchen. I ordered a simple egg sandwich on rye toast with a large coffee and the bill was $8.16!!! Are you kidding me??? Way overpriced for what I got!!“

“Last week I randomly drove by & turned around to try. I'm not from this area at all & never heard of your place before. But, WOW! Your bagels are amazing! My mother is addicted to you guys now because she won't shut up about the garlic bagel she got, lol. We wish you guys were closer, but it's worth the half hour drive. Anyone who lives in the area is super lucky. We only wish you had more seating inside! We had to sit in my car to eat them. I'll definitely be back. ?“

“I love Donut Crazy in Branford. They make my Mama's Omelette just exactly how I like it; 20 oz. Latte is always perfect with one sugar. And when I forgot my Boston Cream donut (my usual), I just called em up last week and they added it to my order. No problem!“

“This was a very well organized Dunkin. The ladies in charge were like an artillery battery in battle. Calling out timings, when they can take the next order, just a very well oiled machine it was impressive. The food was good and made properly. The prices were much better than NYC. We got 6 donuts, 3 bacon egg and cheese on croissants and a muffin, for less than $25 bucks.Good place to pick something up before getting back on the road“

“I just went to DD and I dropped my phone in the driver drive-through and there was a Spanish kid in the drive-through that picked up my phone off the ground and he was so helpful. I didn’t catch his name. However, I tried to call Duncan to talk to a supervisor to let them know that the kid in the drive-through was wonderful and his customer service was awesome, however the person that picked up the phone doesn’t speak any English and it was very rude. It was some lady and I don’t know her name but she was very rude. Other than that the dunkin is OK.“

“Great service here, I was traveling to New Jersey for work and decided to stop and stretch. I am very glad I did. I ordered an iced coffee with a mocca shot and was waited on by a very friendly man. He had been woth the company for over 10 years and was one of the managers there. Thank you so much you made my day.“
