“Definitely an awesome beer bar. They seem to always have a nice selection of rotating beers from various breweries. Unfortunately when we last visited they were out of what their website says so definitely call ahead if you’re traveling just to try a certain beer. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices were good and the establishment was clean. Overall if you love beer definitely check them out.”

“I can't thank you guys enough for such great food for our family get together. Everyone loved the dinner and I had so many compliments on the how good everything was, especially the mac and cheese. It seems that we have found new catering for our family functions, and I can't thank you enough. It saved me much needed time and things were simply delicious. Dealing with Jan was super easy via email and phone with no problems. Extremely accommodating. All in all, one of the best caterings I've ever had to deal with. I would recommend them highly.”

“This Red Lobster is high quality food preparation and service. It's a casual but a bit more contemporary and fresh than the other locations..it might be newer..I'm not sure but it's a favorite. The consistency is there as I have a high confidence level and feel like when I pay a lot it's for something very good. I had the lobster dip for the first time...it was Christmas I was fat from home and working so I very much appreciate that they were open and still top not h. I will need to get that dip again soon .. omg so good!!! The bacon wrapped scallops never miss....”

“Love love love this place. I have spent so many hours hanging out here. In the morning it’s so fun to come sit on the couch and read a book — the coffee is delicious! And the coffee menu is really cool and fun. Any latte here is a win. And Hanna is the most incredible and friendliest barista!! It’s also a really fun vibe in the afternoon to come for a beer and hangs. They have vegetarian options for food usually and a great food truck outside. I am all about aesthetic and this place crosses all the t’s and dots all the i’s. My new go-to spot!!”

The service is outstanding — the staff and servers are attentive, professional, and extremely polite.
The food is excellent. I ordered a New York Strip, rare, and it was cooked exactly to the temperature I requested. Very few places truly get this right, and this is definitely one of them.
Because of that, the experience stood out even more. We will absolutely be coming back, and this restaurant will certainly become part of my wife’s and my regular dinner routine.”

“It's a been a few years since I last visited, but I still think about this place from time to time. Whenever I'd visit my friend in New Haven, we'd always come here to feast on tacos and other offerings like tortas. The tacos are great value: $8 for 4 tacos for most of the selections. Best of all, they have my favorite variety of taco: tacos de lengua. Granted that the tacos de lengua come at a bit of a premium compared to the other varieties, but I'm more than willing to pay the extra $2. The taco fillings were generous and the chips + pico de gallo + salsa verde that came with each order was fresh. I wish they also gave radishes with the taco orders, but that's a minor thing. Next time I'm in New Haven, I'd be sure to come back here to have those tacos again.”

“My family and I have been going here for many years and seems that just lately Friendly's became just another fast food restaurant. Let me explain. I remember when the people working there knew your face sometimes even your favorite meal or ice-cream. Now they sit you down very small talk and it seams like they can't keep there employees. Everytime we go there's a new person there. And don't get me started on the prices it's way out of hand.”

“Pros: The boneless spare ribs were one of the best I've had from a Chinese restaurant in the area. The rice had more of a vegetable variety than others in the area.

Cons: The spring rolls are greasy and not filled well.

I'm going to have to try them again before I recommend them to the public.”

“I will never get Chinese food anywhere else! My family and I have tried every Chinese food place around North Haven. Most of them, the food is soggy, cold when we get it, not cooked right, etc. Until we found this place. It’s tucked away behind BAR pizza and we never even knew it was there! Our order everytime is chicken and broccoli spicy, general tso’s chicken not spicy, and crab rangoons. everytime the food is fresh and flavorful, everyone there is so nice and the place is beyond clean. I recommend to everyone!”

“We loved this place when it first opened, but it seems like it’s under new ownership. It’s not necessarily “bad” now, but they have removed a lot of the aspects that gave it its charm (eg. visible guac bar, frequent mariachi band is now only Friday nights). Service is hit or miss but the food usually comes fast. It’s great that they seat you with chips and two dips to choose from. The food is good.

Beware if you have small children, I was informed that *none* of the high chairs in the building have working lap belts. If you have a rambunctious boy like we do, that makes enjoying the meal challenging. It’s too bad that this gem seems to be going downhill.”
