“My first time here was a month ago having dinner in the steakhouse! If I could give 10 stars for the food, servers and atmosphere I would have. Last night we returned to dine in the tavern, food was absolutely delicious, Mariah our server greeted us with a friendly warm smile that she never lost each time she came to our table. We will be back very soon to sit on the balcony this time ! CANT WAIT!!!!!!!!!“

“This is a wonderful Black owned family restaurant and bar. The food, drinks and service are very good and the atmosphere has a warm and inviting vibe. There is Comedy Night on Thursdays and a DJ and Karaoke on Fridays. The entertainment is top notch in this safe venue where the mature can relax and enjoy themselves comfortably. I love going to this restaurant.“

“Randomly stopped here for my mom’s birthday dinner and so glad we did! We were seated immediately, got our drinks pronto and the server made sure to make my mom feel special on her birthday! We ordered the mushroom pasta (truffle butter is divine), the roasted duck and bolognese. Yummy all around. Service is amazing and definitely contributes the most to this 5 star rating! “There's a good amount of parking in their lot that runs alongside the Farmington Trail. There's indoor and outdoor seating available. Inside is comfortable, with a diner atmosphere in a well maintained and clean restaurant. The food is very good with reasonable sized servings at good prices. Definitely will be back!“

“Great place. I’ll have to make it a point to work it into the calendar more. Beer was excellent. 24 different beers on tap I believe. Burger was great - big and delicious and my wife enjoyed her wrap. Bonus points for the King Diamond and Rob Halford photos on the wall. I didn’t get to check out all the prints. Cool spot. We’ll be back.“

“my wife and I were looking at places to go, There was Doma, Pasta Cosi, LaMonacos,Goodfellas, Cava, so many other places , But we optioned for Rossittos, and asking Branford locals they gave some mixed reviews, I made reservations for valentines day, We were looking forward to it, And then we Arrive, Its like a Noisy Bar as soon as u walk in , We were seated in the Back along a long wobbly bench seat Next to a filthy wall with an oil pipe coming out, We ordered, The wait staff was extremely slow, I get it , It was busier than they probably ever are considering the occasion, No excuse, we ordered cacio e pepe, And a Lasagna Simple, Casio Pepe which is supposed to be done with Romano Cheese and Black Peppercorns , And pasta Water to form the Gravy.....over Bucatini which is a hollow pasta Well what I got was Brown Butter and someone's leftovers in a Bowl The portion was literally 3/4 eaten when I got it, I immediately asked waitress what the hell is this, she ignored me and walked away, The waitress comes by after almost 30 minutes of it sitting on my table and uneaten, and asks how was everything and is something wrong, I explained that situation, and this is not what I ordered, Couldnt be, We sat next to a couple who ordered Pasta and the Portion was Very Large and looked delicious, Then mine shows up which is literally 2 fork full of pasta in a bowl with This gross looking Brown Buttery sauce and Green parsley I have Many Photos, the waitress asked what I wanted her to do and I was mortified and quipped Bring me what I ordered for 26 dollars , she said We just want to make ya happy sarcastically , I said there is Nothing you can do to make me happy, But bring us the check she did 45minutes later and it was 89 dollars For a lasagna and Cacio e pepe, one soda and a martini, I added it came out to 61 dollars so where is the additional 28 dollars, we paid , Said nothing No Tip and left, Never will I ever Return I guess they charge extra for someone else's Leftovers the kid forgot to wrap!....“

“Dangle's is a black-owned business in well established downtown. The restaurant is nice and quaint giving you the feels of being connected to the owner and staff. “My son and I went today for lunch. I have been wanting a pistachio martini since I saw it made from the happy bartender with the huge smile. I didn’t get her name but see her on the Christos fb videos. Did not disappoint was delicious. She is a great bartender and a wonderful waitress l. We sat in the bar area and it was enjoyable as it wasn’t loud and the table gave us plenty of room for our meal. Brussels Sprouts were delicious as always I had a Cajun wrap and my son had a huge salad loaded with chicken and avocado 🥑 I remember Christos when it was in the plaza and the food never disappoints. I also enjoy the daily family specials text to me. If you haven’t signed up to get the daily specials text to you do it. So many great meals to pick up and bring home. There’s two different specials. Every day lunch and dinner. Give Christos a try if you haven’t been you won’t be disappointed. I live in West Haven but my son is lucky enough to live in North Haven and pick up from Christos on his way home from Westport.“
