“I have visited Kiku many times. Their sushi and sashimi dishes have always been terrific. Always fresh fish ! Good variety, quality and pricing is fair. Henry seems to get a lot of reviews complaining about his service, calling him aggressive or rude. This is simply not the case- it is a difference in culture and dialect that is misinterpreted. Henry know every regular he has and treats them like friends! If you expect someone to wait on you hand and foot... this is not the spot. If you want high quality, well priced, sushi then Little Tokyo is the place to go.“

“I've been here at least 10 times. Absolutely DELICIOUS, always fresh, incredible portions, so reasonably priced, and undoubtedly the best poke bowl you'll get within many many tens of miles.

It's a hidden gem, small corner place you'll likely miss many times during your trips to Trader Joe's, but it's my favorite restaurant in Stamford. It's family owned and you'll see the brilliant kids helping their parents in the front register on occasion.

Also, they deliver in house, so you dont need to overpay with Grubhub, etc.

“After a morning workout, I had a craving for sushi (what else is new) so after some research, my husband and I decided to try out Sushi x2 based off the good reviews. We got there pretty much right after they opened at 12, so it wasn't very busy at all with just one other table of diners. The interior of the restaurant wasn't particularly fancy or anything, and a bit dark for my liking, but that didn't really bother us. After reviewing the menu, we ended up ordering the yellowtail maki, and the dynamite and tiger rolls from their Special Rolls menu. The food was delicious! The tiger roll (tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and avocado wrapped in soybean paper) was probably my fave, followed by the dynamite roll (pepper salmon, avocado, and spicy white tuna) and the yellowtail maki last. It was a great spot for a simple sushi lunch and we left both full and satisfied. I definitely want to try out some other sushi spots in the area, but if you're looking for a quick and yummy sushi spot in Stamford, give Sushi x2 a try!“

“I finally got to try this restaurant after the shut down of Ichiban and I was not disappointed, the chicken teriyaki has a more soy taste to it than sweet which I didn’t mind from Ichiban. The chicken teriyaki was delicious but the only critic I have is, for the extra portions of meat or shrimp plating it better in the tray because the sauce was dripped all over the place. Other than the plating critic, that’s all I have to say, good job and Welcome!

Kid-friendliness: EA Teriyaki is inside of the mall, come on in and bring the kids with you!“
