“I don’t know about the rest of you all, but this is by far, the best Japanese Cuisine place in the Area. Some of the best items from their menu The Angry Dragon Sushi, The Shrimp tempura, and the Spicy Salmon rolls.

Also try the gyoza and the amazing Kani salad (regular or spicy)

Also the presentation is outstanding, and don’t forget to try their amazing Thai ice Tea which is homemade. 100% recommended. 🫶🏻

PS: ask for their Fried Oreo Dessert, you won’t regret it😊“

“Run of the mill asian fusion resteraunt. They have amazing options and great staff. They are always quick with the food. By the time I get there its always hot and ready. You get what youd expect.
Its a little pricey compared to the other take out places in the area, however it is by far better in quality. The interior is always nicely decorated with wall murals with cartoon characters.“

“I almost forgot about this spot but remembered it from when I trained at the martial arts gym down the street. I saw the other reviews raved about the food and the impressive menu for such a little spot so I decided to stop in for lunch. Very delicious indeed and the fish was rather fresh and clean tasting. They offer a decently priced menu full of Japanese favorites including cooked dishes if you are not a sushi fan. I opted for a traditional tuna maki roll and a spicy tuna roll as apart of the lunch special. Both were so tasty I ended up ordering another roll to go and the crispy rice. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and traditional decor, very bright and clean looking. Sometimes these restaurants these days can get a little too funky with the decor so they made a proper choice maintaining simplicity. I see they deliver so I will definitely be ordering again when I am not in the area.“

“We moved from Port Washington to MA this May and have been unable to find a spot that offers everything that Aki does, not to mention at the same quality! They just execute everything so well. It was our go to for sushi, we loved the apps (the crispy rice and jalapeño yellowtail are fire), and loved also having options for classic Chinese food. “Best Sushi in Yonkers. All the rolls are absolutely fresh and decadent. The quesadillas are excellent as well. A fun mix of Sushi & Mexican. A must go to if ever in Yonkers. I even dare say it is the best sushi in the Bronx. They are located less than 1/3 of a mile from the Bronx border and they deliver to the surrounding neighborhood in the Bronx. “Sakura has been our go-to for many years. We love their lunch specials: there’s a good variety of rolls and they are invariably delicious. The front desk staff are friendly. The reason for 3 stars for service is because more than once I opened the container at home ( like today) to discover that my husband’s rolls still had sesame seeds whereas I had explicitly asked for none due to a severe allergy of his. The fact that sometimes there are sesame seeds and other times - none, shows a lack of attention to a very important detail. I don’t have the time to go to the restaurant in person or to call my order in to ensure that this is taken care of. We will continue to order from Sakura and sincerely hope they pay better attention to people’s requests in their online orders.“
