“Decent Starbucks. Baristas were attentive but lacked enthusiasm and friendly engagement that I typically associate with Starbucks baristas. I asked for a side of cream, which they provided me, but they filled my Venti only about 2/3 full to make sure I had room for cream. I had to go back and ask them to top it off.“

“Today was my first (but not last) visit. I am not a coffee drinker, but heard the teas here were great. I ordered a Vanilla London Fog along with a chorizo, egg, and cheese bun. Both were delicious and I will definitely be back!“

I had regular coffee days before, it's really one of the best coffee, kind of thick . Breed to perfection.

“This is my go to Starbucks. I think the staff does a great job of dealing with walk-in, drive up and mobile orders in a timely manner. Sometimes things take a few extra minutes and that should be expected. If I do end up waiting a bit someone always asks about my order. The staff is always friendly and appreciates a “thank you” for your food or drinks. I appreciate all of them and always have a positive experience! Thank you!“

“Stopped during a long trip for a bathroom break. Only one bathroom here so there was a line. But the staff didn't bother anyone waiting. Wound up getting a coffee ☕️ specialty drink to go.
Worked out fine for us.

“Such a lovely atmosphere with the sweetest owners. Very homey and welcoming. Food was great and the service too! They were so attentive and accommodating with my toddler. First time I went out to eat with her and didn’t feel guilty for bringing her. Even got a lollipop to keep her busy at the table?

“My son loves his pink drink so we stopped in for a treat. Line was long but the employees did a great job moving it along while processing a ton of mobile orders! Drinks were delicious ?. I tried a brown sugar oat milk drink. The sign that said low calorie caught my eye , and we shared a grilled cheese..it was really delicious. I had forgotten how much I like the food at Starbucks. We sat by the window. It was a clean store and restroom and service was fast and friendly. A pleasant visit.

Kid-friendliness: Fast service and good selection of quick treats!

Wheelchair accessibility: Store was wide and open. Shelving was along two small walls as opposed to in the middle of the store like an island. Bathroom accessible and straight ijbfrom doorway.“

“Place it's good. They always make the coffee the way I want it and the people behind the counter it's nice. Nothing bad to say about this Dunkin donuts. Also plenty of parking. Always crowded a bit so if you crossing from the parking to the store always look first. People driving cars in Waterbury they don't stop. They have some kind of mental problem. They think when they driving a car that they can mix their problems with people on the streets, plus they always in some kind of hurry I don't know exactly what they hurry is but they don't even have a minute to stop for a person crossing an street.“

“This morning I was craving a bacon egg and cheese and decided to stop here and try it out. I had a bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll that was pretty good I wish the bacon was a little crispier but I would get it again. I also saw that on their menu they had a gyro egg and cheese so I decided to get a sandwich for my boyfriend as well. They have a nice variety of donuts but make sure to come early so you can get the best picks! The woman at the counter was nice and had good customer service. We did get the Apple spice donut as well. I can’t wait to try some other flavor of the donuts.“

I ordered a refresher and a bagel with cream cheese which I received but the bagel had so much cream cheese I couldn’t even eat it. I mean whoever made the bagel.. would you eat this? I also didn’t receive a straw for my drink which I then had to go inside and get which defeats the whole purpose of going through the drive through. Over all I still like this location, it’s Labor Day weekend so I know it’s busy and appreciate the workers but today just wasn’t the day“
