“Every time I go to this dunkin I get easy in and out parking drive through is never backed up so traffic flows and parking is always available I visit this dunkin at least 2 to 4 times a week walking in I feel welcome and ready to take my order food is made fast and hot and presentable I feel important and it's genuine from each worker. It's the one bright spot to my day“

“So great Baristas were attentive but lacked enthusiasm and friendly engagement that I typically associate with Starbucks baristas. I asked for a side of cream, which they provided me, but they filled my Venti only about 2/3 full to make sure I had room for cream. I had to go back and ask them to top it off.☕☕🍷“

Always a great experience, but today the woman who took care of my order (twice in one day because I happened to drop my first drink on the sidewalk...haha) went completely out of her way to show kindness to me today. “Lovely staff, easy to get at the drive through and did not have to wait long. They had so many different options to choose from and liked that they offer seasonal/holiday options. Their indoor seating had a lot of space available to sit at and the staff shared recommendations of different menu items.“

“Place it's good. They always make the coffee the way I want it and the people behind the counter it's nice. Nothing bad to say about this Dunkin donuts. Also plenty of parking. Always crowded a bit so if you crossing from the parking to the store always look first. People driving cars in Waterbury they don't stop. They have some kind of mental problem. They think when they driving a car that they can mix their problems with people on the streets, plus they always in some kind of hurry I don't know exactly what they hurry is but they don't even have a minute to stop for a person crossing an street.“

“This morning I was craving a bacon egg and cheese and decided to stop here and try it out. I had a bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll that was pretty good I wish the bacon was a little crispier but I would get it again. I also saw that on their menu they had a gyro egg and cheese so I decided to get a sandwich for my boyfriend as well. They have a nice variety of donuts but make sure to come early so you can get the best picks! The woman at the counter was nice and had good customer service. We did get the Apple spice donut as well. I can’t wait to try some other flavor of the donuts.“
