“One of the better Dunkin where they take an inch of pride in making your coffee or food , because 90 percent of Dunkins and fast food restaurants hire any lazy person off the street and then you get an egg and cheese that looks like some one stepped and stomped all over it before it's wrapped, but this Dunkin the workers, seem to care . The only Dunkin around and my vicinity that I ever visit , if I got to go somewhere else , I'll usually go hungry or without coffee for the day instead . I've learned that I'd rather keep my 4 dollars in my pocket than to get a sandwich that looks like someone pulled it out of the dumpster out back.“

“Yummmmm the only thing I dislike is the location. Very hard to get into this parking lot depending on which side of the street you are on and there's no intercom in the drive thru. It's a little pricey but they have tons of flavors and the coffee is tasty. Wish they had more sugar free flavors, but it's a nice stop for a treat or sweet drink or energy drink.“

“Been a regular now for well over a year. We always get just about the same thing, occasionally deviating from that, and it’s always perfect. Best bagels I’ve ever eaten. I used to go to Dunkin’, or occasionally another local bagel shop, but I could never go back. I can’t even bite into a Dunkin’ bagel. Bagels Plus will absolutely spoil your bagel taste buds. I highly recommend stopping in one day during your commute for a quick bite, as you’ll surely be impressed. They also make fantastic deserts and have a wide selection of Pepsi products, as well as some local drinks and goodies. 10/10 will continue being a regular 🤩“

“Just ordered 8 burritos from here and I am so surprised they each weigh 1.5+ lbs!!! That's insane!!! The owner, Señor Maximo, was very kind and nice and gave me some free food and free cake! I was very surprised but very grateful! I know times are tough but it's the nice gestures and acts of kindness that are appreciated! I eat here every time I pass by Waterbury and the food is always excellent and very delicious! I love small and local restaurants like this! Thank you so much for the delicious and amazing food and wonderful service!!!
