Always crowded a bit so if you crossing from the parking to the store always look first. People driving cars in Waterbury they don't stop. They have some kind of mental problem. They think when they driving a car that they can mix their problems with people on the streets, plus they always in some kind of hurry I don't know exactly what they hurry is but they don't even have a minute to stop for a person crossing an street.“

“Stopped during a long trip for a bathroom break. Only one bathroom here so there was a line. But the staff didn't bother anyone waiting. Wound up getting a coffee ☕️ specialty drink to go.

“There are 2 dunkins closer to my home and I go to this one whenever I'm getting dunkin because their service is always great, friendly and fast and they always make my drinks perfectly! “Was visiting here Friday morning relaxing in the chairs with my coffee when I unexpectedly had a very intense seizure. The staff jumped into action & took care of me until paramedics arrived. I felt embarrassed to return because I'd caused a scene, but when I came back and apologized the staff here warmly welcomed me back and were so kind to me that it nearly brought me to tears. These are amazing, wonderful, beautiful people, and EXACTLY the type of employees that every business should pray for. This is my new spot for as long as I live in Connecticut and I would literally go out of my way if I were you to go to this Dunkin (especially if you plan to have a medical emergency bc these ladies are cool af under pressure lol). The girls do everything they can to accommodate you and make sure that you're satisfied with your order and they do it in such a genuinely kind way that it starts your day off beautifully. Parking: You have to park behind the store and walk to the front. I don't feel it's very convenient for people that can't walk well or walk a distance. The spots in front ( it's only 3 spots ) but they are used for curbside pick ups.“

“Love this early morning crew! Kyle and Shannon know my drink when I pull up to order, and it's never screwed up. Any other time of day it's always made wrong. Too little ice, extra milk. Sugar cakes to the bottom. I may sound picky but it's not that hard and we all deserve to have our coffee made the way we like.
I always ask to melt the sugar and every other place gives me attitude but not these guys!! and they are always so kind to me at the window. Please give tips when you can it's what they live off of!“

“I love DD. Who doesn’t right? I’m not a person to have a taste for sweet coffee. My Favorite and all time regular order is the added coconut flavor to my hot coffee. In hot weather I love the Coolottas. Yummy! And my favorite donut are Boston Cream and Jelly Stick. They have a great variety selection at any time of the day!“

Even writes little notes on the cup I've went to this Dunkin on really bad day when I left the young girl wrote great note . All the girls at this Dunkin are amazing ,kind young lady I even love the new Manger Jen she is definitely awesome supper sweet ...But sadly there is this kid he is super rude to my mother n i every time we visit he shouldn't tread us that why . “So the last time I went this dunkin’ was about 2 months ago, and the fact i still think about this specific location should say enough. I went to this dunkin’ regularly before work to get food and a drink, and sometimes a donut. On a special day, I decided to get a donut, and it was the best thing I’ve ever had. I get the chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles , call me a child I don’t care. Anyways, no other dunkin’ has topped the way that donut made me feel. The fact it was filled with chocolate sprinkles on the top completely and had the frosting dripping down its donut-hole ussy ,was immaculate. I never enjoyed any other donut as much as that time ever since, and its sad. Ily tho , I’ll be back soon.“

My order was large. $54 I’m brining staff in donuts and coffee for training day. I’ve already forgot something at home and now not 1 all three of my plastic cards are being declined. Both Buisness cards and my personal. I’m embarrassed and frustrated and keeping my cool by being overly polite and apologizing over and over again for something outside of my control that I don’t think it was my fault.

The young lady behind the counter was pleasant the entire time, she tried my cards at multiple stations and when I finally ran across the street to get cash out of the ATM, she remade my sandwich and had all my stuff ready to go when I got back and offered to help me bring it to the car.

I’m sure it was a system error for the size of my order or a glitch. I’m very sorry I didn’t get her name. She made the experience bearable pleasant and is definitely the VIP of that store. Thank you for not making a hard moment worse.“
