“Every time I go to this dunkin I get easy in and out parking drive through is never backed up so traffic flows and parking is always available I visit this dunkin at least 2 to 4 times a week walking in I feel welcome and ready to take my order food is made fast and hot and presentable I feel important and it's genuine from each worker. “This morning I was craving a bacon egg and cheese and decided to stop here and try it out. I had a bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll that was pretty good I wish the bacon was a little crispier but I would get it again. I also saw that on their menu they had a gyro egg and cheese so I decided to get a sandwich for my boyfriend as well. They have a nice variety of donuts but make sure to come early so you can get the best picks! The woman at the counter was nice and had good customer service. We did get the Apple spice donut as well. I can’t wait to try some other flavor of the donuts.“

“Place it's good. They always make the coffee the way I want it and the people behind the counter it's nice. Nothing bad to say about this Dunkin donuts. Also plenty of parking. Always crowded a bit so if you crossing from the parking to the store always look first. People driving cars in Waterbury they don't stop. They have some kind of mental problem. They think when they driving a car that they can mix their problems with people on the streets, plus they always in some kind of hurry I don't know exactly what they hurry is but they don't even have a minute to stop for a person crossing an street.“

“This is the only DD when i can get my coffee.
I have a DD about 2mns from my house but i rather drive all the way to exit 25 (i am by Naugatuck Valley Community College) to get it from this place. I work in Meriden and used to buy it over there however idk what happened 😐 that they started to make my coffee nasty. Mess up on my oders all the time. Asked for hazelnut shot and would give me a coffee tasting like pumkin spice 😫. Tried an other DD in Meriden and they never ever put sugar in the coffee even though i always ask for 6 sugars. Out of like 20times i went there ild say 2 maybe 3 times they put sugar 🙄🙄🤦🏻‍♀️ so i tried this location on Kukas ln and hasn't failed me yet. They're quick, polite and make my coffee perfect 👌🏼 🥰. “Was visiting here Friday morning relaxing in the chairs with my coffee when I unexpectedly had a very intense seizure. The staff jumped into action & took care of me until paramedics arrived. I felt embarrassed to return because I'd caused a scene, but when I came back and apologized the staff here warmly welcomed me back and were so kind to me that it nearly brought me to tears. These are amazing, wonderful, beautiful people, and EXACTLY the type of employees that every business should pray for. “I love this Dunkin Donuts. I havent had a bad order yet. But mostly the order taker in the morning (older woman I am so sorry I dont know your name). But her catch phrase is “enjoy your day”. Besides the great service she is the reason i stop here as opposed to the 5 other dunkins on the way and around my job! And check out the picture… its little touches like that. “I go every day @ 5 am. They staff is always nice, even when being overwhelmed by the typical CT Karen's that would complain even it was delivered to them in the bed. The AM crew, hustle, usually with just 2. Sometimes mistakes happen. That's life. My problem is with the behavior of the other customers. If you think being a huge Karen to them is going to make them treat you like Queen Elizabeth, you either don't live in 2025-26, have possess the reasoning traits of a 13 yr, or are just a KAREN.“
