The portions were very generous, our waiter was attentive, kind and pleasant. The music, atmosphere and ambiance were lovely and the food and desserts were incredible. I ordered food to go last night and met the owner, he was such a wonderful man and very appreciative of his customers. Once again everything was perfect and delicious. I can’t wait to go back soon. I highly recommend that you check out Flames soon.“

“Gisellas has been our favorite go to Italian restaurant in DANBURY since it opened. Food is always delicious and consistent and the wait staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Unfortunately last night we had a different experience the moment we walked in the door. Hostess was very unfriendly and dismissive, no eye contact and acted like she was doing us a favor seating us! Thankfully, like always, the rest of our dining experience was amazing!“

The overall dining experience was amazing and the ambiance is great! I am an “artichoke aficionado” and the Carcioffi Fritti appetizer was perfect. The Pappardelle Bolognese was excellent and the Vitelli Funghi was so good (I got it with Chicken instead). Their sea salt caramel gelato was the best we have ever had. But quality is not as good as mom and pop Italian restaurants...but again it's a Olive Garden...you know this going in. They have some good deals and the portions are generous. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.“
