“I recently had my bridal shower at Biscottis and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The owner Scott is so easy to work with, he even let us come the night before to start setting up. Service was great, and most importantly the FOOD. We let Scott run with the menu and he did not disappoint. Everyone was raving about how good everything it was.

The food was delicious, the decorations were beautiful, the atmosphere was warm and cozy, all of the staff that we encountered were young but surprisingly all so very well mannered, polite and very nice!! “Gisellas has been our favorite go to Italian restaurant in DANBURY since it opened. Food is always delicious and consistent and the wait staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Unfortunately last night we had a different experience the moment we walked in the door. Hostess was very unfriendly and dismissive, no eye contact and acted like she was doing us a favor seating us! Thankfully, like always, the rest of our dining experience was amazing!“

Waiter was not friendly, and had no interest in assisting us. Didn't even offer bread , only came after we asked during the appetizer. Food was average to above average which helped the situation. Ownership needs to school the waiters on better ettiquette with customers“

Everything was perfect- Raquel was a tremendous help and she took all the stress away from hosting a large party. I HIGHLY recommend using them for anyone looking for catering a large event. “This has been a staple place for me to visit and eat at for years for dinner. I would usually get one of their fresh pizzas but I decided to try and eat their special, the pollo caprese. Now it was very good and I enjoyed it! I recommend this place for anyone who wants a fresh slice of pizza because it is really that good. But don't be afraid to try the pastas!“

“I’m a tenant in the 400 plus units at Abbey Woods - just a mile from the restaurant and definitely NOT in favor of your delivery policy.
I have to meet your driver 3 stories down at the front door because they will not come in the building to deliver/ your place is the restaurant in town that has this ridiculous idea of how to do business! It definitely affects me as to where I’m going to order from as I’m sure other tenants feel the same way.
Having said that - I think I just had the BEST meatball grinder that I’ve had in years.

I know food and I have been living in Connecticut for 8 years and have to go to Arthur Ave for a decent hero. Not anymore. We recently had lunch with friends and ordered from here. My mortadella sandwich with mozzarella and roasted peppers was so good I ate the whole thing. Congrats to Kenny and his culinary and service team. Dinner for my party of 4 was delicious. The 3 specials Short Rib Ravioli, Chicken & Sausage Paella, and the Baby Rack of Lamb. The 4th dinner was our longtime favorite Gnocchi Sorentino. Walked out bellies full and pallets completely satisfied. Oh yeah, don't forget the Fried Burrata. Anytime I'm in Brookfield I will visit Portobellos. Love this place.“

The bread was just perfect warm, soft and delicious. Got the gyros and that was not as good, it was bad just not good either. Glad I had the roll. We went for lunch. Sandwhiches were pretty good and reasonable. Just not something I would personally go out of my way for. I'm still exploring the area so I may come back down the line.“
