“I recently had my bridal shower at Biscottis and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The owner Scott is so easy to work with, he even let us come the night before to start setting up. Service was great, and most importantly the FOOD. We let Scott run with the menu and he did not disappoint. Everyone was raving about how good everything it was.

“Pizza is fresh and REALLY GOOD. They pack the toppings on, and offer square pizza! They also have a full menu, wings, chicken dinners, appetizers, and offer 6 tables inside. Great for a quick family dinner“

“The Farmhouse is a great family run establishment. Owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food is fresh and reasonably priced. Ice cream and shakes are great and restaurant is clean and decorated beautifully. Come for the Clam Bake in the summer and the cider donuts in the fall.“

“Famous pizza has always been our go-to place for pizza and more, for many years! Most recently, Perry and his staff were able to accommodate a group of 9 for a birthday celebration - when the kid wants Famous, you get Famous. The staff had a large table set up and reserved (on a Saturday night) and our pizzas literally came out of the oven as we walked in the restaurant! We were checked on frequently and well taken care of. Another reason why Famous is truly the best in town!“

“My husband and I chose Brickhouse for dinner for our 3rd wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed at all. Our server Fred was absolutely amazing. I have never seen a server so on top of his job before in my life. Extremely friendly. Very prompt and constantly making sure our glasses were full and there were smiles on our faces. “I’m a tenant in the 400 plus units at Abbey Woods - just a mile from the restaurant and definitely NOT in favor of your delivery policy.
I have to meet your driver 3 stories down at the front door because they will not come in the building to deliver/ your place is the restaurant in town that has this ridiculous idea of how to do business! It definitely affects me as to where I’m going to order from as I’m sure other tenants feel the same way.

“Gisellas has been our favorite go to Italian restaurant in DANBURY since it opened. Food is always delicious and consistent and the wait staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Unfortunately last night we had a different experience the moment we walked in the door. Hostess was very unfriendly and dismissive, no eye contact and acted like she was doing us a favor seating us! Thankfully, like always, the rest of our dining experience was amazing!“

Congrats to Kenny and his culinary and service team. Dinner for my party of 4 was delicious. The 3 specials Short Rib Ravioli, Chicken & Sausage Paella, and the Baby Rack of Lamb. The 4th dinner was our longtime favorite Gnocchi Sorentino. Walked out bellies full and pallets completely satisfied. Oh yeah, don't forget the Fried Burrata. Anytime I'm in Brookfield I will visit Portobellos. Love this place.“

“We recently celebrated my mother`s 100th birthday at Pulcinellas with about 40 friends and family and everyone is still talking about it ! Linda ensured perfection all around. The pizza, antipasto, entrees (chicken champagne, veal francese, eggplant rolatini, penne a la vodka), and sides were delicious and plentiful. The pistachio BD cake was gorgeous and tasted out of this world! the staff was so attentive to everyone's needs and the piano player added to the festive atmosphere. “My kids love pizza but being originally from the Bronx we’re very picky about our pizza. Due to some health issues I have to limit carbs so I’ve been trying to find pizza with cauliflower crust. Mima’s offers a delicious cauliflower crust. I had a margarita pizza on a cauliflower crust. My kids had a hamburger, buffalo chicken pizza and pepperoni pizza the last time we went. We’ve been here a few times and they like to try something different each time. The menu is pretty extensive and has a lot of great options. We’ll be back.“

My husband and I get a whole pie, it’s the best fresh out of the oven, we eat two or three slices in the restaurant and take home the rest, freeze for lunches. Bring a devoted Sicilian slice customer I ventured out to a salad, not any salad, their Asian salad. Cold crisp romaine lettuce, crispy chow mein noodles, sliced almonds and mandarin oranges, and the best Asian dressing. Really a very enjoyable salad. A great place for good food and great staff.“

“TakeOut Pizza. I am a real foody. Come from NYC. This is the closest thing to NYC pizza I've had since moving to Putnam, then Westchester, and now Fairfield county. Always on time for take out. Pizza well made. Any issues are resolved without difficulty and with apologies. LOVE IT. I have not tried any other meals since I am a home chef and eat this pizza when in a pinch.“

“Mezzaluna restaurant is a great place to visit. I live in South Carolina and when my wife and I travel to NY we always visit Mezzaluna several times a week. The food and service is always excellent as is our usual waiter, Nick. He is great at his job, very friendly, observant, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.
