“My absolute favorite local spot! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I am obsessed with their slush, specifically the lychee slush with lychee jelly. The best! Their milk teas are classic and the boba pearls are cooked perfectly. Highly recommend! It's such a treat having this spot in town!”

“My neighbor mentioned to me that he and his wife were going to lunch at Pete’s and said he was bringing his in laws. He and his in laws raved about the food. My neighbor said the roast beef (made in house) grinder was amazingly great. That’s my favorite, so I stopped by Pete’s a couple days ago and got the roast beef grinder with provalone cheese, mayo, roasted and banana peppers, shedded lettuce and tomato. It was sooo good that I had to go back in to let them know. Come to find out Pete’s dad made me the grinder. What a nice man!!! Talked to him for a few minutes. I found a place near home that I will be visiting again and again!!! Next time I’m trying a pizza. So many great reviews……I read them all!!!”

“I just went to Country Kitchen and bought 2 chili cheese hot dogs for my co-worker and myself, it was "hot dog" day after all :-) Our office staff has gone there many times and loves the food. The mom and her son, Dave are so sweet! Nice to see a family business. Not only do you get GREAT food, but great service with a smile! “I ordered a pull apart bridal cupcake dress and cookies for my daughter’s bridal shower. The cupcakes were made in 4 different flavors that were moist, a good size, and delicious! Some cupcakes were decorated as blue flowers to surround the dress. It was a beautiful presentation. The cookies shaped and decorated as a bridal dress, an engagement ring and a Miss to Mrs plaque were the best! I recommend this bakery for any of your sweet desires. The staff was very easy to work with.”

“We had a great dinner at the OC Kitchen Bar tonight. Asked our server if they could make a dish that was not on the menu and they nailed it for us! Exactly what we wanted. Very friendly staff and great food! Glad to have them in RH.”

“We are good customers that come to the Rocky Hill Salad bar at least a couple times per week. The staff is wonderful, the service is wonderful and most days, the burritos are delicious. Our issue is with consistency. We took off one star on the service because of the lack of consistency. We go for the fresh food served daily. However, when it comes to the "building of the burritos" we can usually tell who has made the burrito because today, for instance, it was so skimpy, I question about going back because it makes us so mad when we get these barely filled burritos. I want to say, the majority of the time, we praise this place, we highly recommend them, because the food is so fresh and tasty and USUALLY, the burritos are bursting at the seams. It all depends on who makes your meal. Today's burritos (all of them) were extremely skimpy. For the amount of money we spent, we don't expect to end up hungry after eating our meal. Like I said, normally we are very satisfied, but someone there (according to all of us) that is known for skimping on the meal. Today was that day. We were all dissatisfied with our burritos. The picture shows the middle of a meat burrito that is suppose to have meat in it, but you can barely see a drop of meat. Normally it's big and fat, today it was like eating a flat lettuce and tomato sandwich.”

“Went there for my wife's birthday. We had the Salad Bar, Escargot, and Prime Rib. Great Salad Bar and it was the best Prime Rib we have had in a long time. Definitely will be going back.”

“I have been eating at this restaurant for 2 decades and it’s been consistently the best Chinese food I have ever had. The explosion of flavor is the best, everything is so savory and delicious. My favorite item is the fried chicken wings hands down… but their beef and broccoli, beef teriyaki sticks, dumplings, fried rice, chop suey, all of it is fantastic. The staff members have always been the same people all these years and they’re so genuinely kind. I am proud to be a regular here. For a local small business, they knock it out of the park every time and I’m so happy to support them with my business. No matter where I live in the future I’ll always come back! :)

Also not to discredit anyone’s experiences but based on 2 decades of experience going here, it is extremely hard to believe that these workers could ever be disrespectful. I’ve witnessed them handling difficult customers and as someone who has worked in food service too, these staff members handle rude people with grace. My advice to people: make your own opinion before you listen to the negative reviewers in here!”

“We celebrated Thanksgiving 2025 at Casa Mia. The ambience was lovely. The food offered was a family style four course meal. I ate so many yummy warm rolls, I barely had room for dinner for dinner. The staff had a lot of customers to serve for the seating and the provided outstanding service. The restaurant manager was personally greeting customers and ensuring they were happy with their meals. “Service was great and everything came out super fast at Sushi House! AYCE sushi was on point, they give you exactly what you order! We were surprised when we ordered 4 pieces of calamari and literally got just 4 pieces, but honestly love that it helps prevent food waste. Sashimi was fresh, rolls were packed, and everything tasted great.”
