“This was the second time I have gone to Kettle Bagels. I’m not sure why it took me so long to return! It is a really great spot in Rocky Hill, and a much needed option besides Dunkin’ Donuts! Food is high quality, iced coffee is great and the hash browns are delicious ( and I’m guessing a bit naughty lol) Can’t wait to go back! The bagels are really good and I’ll be picking up a half dozen with some cream cheese this week.“

“Absolutely love this place! My husband’s grandparents live in New Britain, and this is a must go to place for me every time we visit. They are so sweet to our family and are always so welcoming when we come. I dream of their pancakes because I genuinely believe they have the best pancakes I’ve ever eaten! “Great place for some delicious breakfast and good coffee. Situated in an incubator, food hall atmosphere, this is place is a little gem of a find. We had the burnt end eggs Benedict and a churro donut. The staff are friendly and quick, will gladly stop here again. Outside and inside seating available.“

“Halal food is available for takeout and delivery also via door dash; Uber eats, Grubhub and Postmates. Inside, the Gas station closes at 10 PM and provides breakfast and all other menus the whole day. Great quality of food and relatively inexpensive compared to others“

“if you like biscuits and gravy then you will LOVE it at Rise and Shine. I used to live down south and its not even close. Even in New Orleans I could not find a place that even comes close to how good Rise and Shine does the biscuits and gravy. They also have an amazing Irish Benedict. Actually everyone I have brought there has loved whatever they get. Some of the lunch/breakfast specials are very different and delicious.“
“Went there this morning was my first time going to the establishment, I was greeted by a very friendly girl behind the desk. She was very social and polite I think her name was Amelia. Service was awesome she was also the only one working behind the desk at a busy hour. Definitely gonna be back in the next week.“

“The Sloppy Waffle was AMAZING! I ordered the chicken and waffles, and the chicken was seasoned really well. The dish had just the right amount of sweetness without being overwhelming. My friend got the ice cream sandwich, and they definitely didn’t skimp on the ice cream!
The restaurant was clean, and the staff was very attentive. Great food and a great experience overall. Highly recommend!“

“I just want to start out by saying the Weekend Before Thanksgiving got away from me. I was hospitalized overnight Sunday into Monday and woke in a panic Monday. I was scheduled to make a lasagne for my family Thanksgiving gathering for Thursday. I posted on the Middletown Facebook page and Carmella messaged me! She assured me she could handle a lasagne for 20-25 people and boy was she right! I picked it up Wednesday at 3pm. She came out to say Hi, her staff was excellent & courteous. There were other folks there picking up Thanksgiving take out. My family was thrilled and the lasagne was excellent. As I am tryping this, I am eating the last piece at almost 2am Tuesday morning. Kudos to Carmella and all involved. We will be in to try out breakfast soon. One Million Stars and Many Thanks.“

“I had a really great experience here. I made a mistake with my order (totally my fault), but the manager was incredibly kind and understanding. He replaced my meal for free, which I truly appreciated. The waitress was also very sweet and patient, and she handled everything so professionally. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want everyone to have a good experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“FARIAH was amazing!! She was so tentative and. Explained the menu to perfection. I asked about eggs whites and I was told that they can make any omelet with egg whites! LOVE IT! Thank you for the excellent service. Can’t wait to be back!!“
