“Moved out of area 4.5years ago to an area that has lousy Asian food. It was a pleasure to visit our old standby in rocky hill while visiting. The owner recognized me and even remembered my name and family member names. Food was outstanding as always.“

“Ordered lunch to go…I’ve ordered here for years but have never reviewed. I got the orange chicken lunch combo and for $14 it is quite the deal! I also got an egg roll and pork fried rice with it included. I also got a chicken lo mein and hot and sour soup. Everything was delicious, the hot and sour soup is not very spicy which I appreciate because I am a wimp when it comes to spice but I like the soup😅. The orange chicken was flavorful and had a lot packed into the container, I still can’t get over how much food I got, definitely worth the price!“

“I have been eating at this restaurant for 2 decades and it’s been consistently the best Chinese food I have ever had. The explosion of flavor is the best, everything is so savory and delicious. My favorite item is the fried chicken wings hands down… but their beef and broccoli, beef teriyaki sticks, dumplings, fried rice, chop suey, all of it is fantastic. The staff members have always been the same people all these years and they’re so genuinely kind. I am proud to be a regular here. For a local small business, they knock it out of the park every time and I’m so happy to support them with my business. No matter where I live in the future I’ll always come back! :)

Also not to discredit anyone’s experiences but based on 2 decades of experience going here, it is extremely hard to believe that these workers could ever be disrespectful. I’ve witnessed them handling difficult customers and as someone who has worked in food service too, these staff members handle rude people with grace. My advice to people: make your own opinion before you listen to the negative reviewers in here!“

“This truly is all around the best-tasting Chinese food I’ve ever had. I’ve never had such good rice. I always get mixed vegetables in brown sauce. Nicest assortment of vegetables of anywhere I’ve ordered it from. I’ve gotten basically just broccoli and water chestnuts at other places - but here at ming garden there’s broccoli, carrots, zucchini, and mushrooms, etc. It is so fresh and it tastes really good. I get vegetable fried rice with it and it’s just so well made. The lo mein, fried rice, skewers, anything we’ve had has been great. My mom has gotten many assorted and it is now her favorite place as well.“

“my boys & I went to SONG this past Saturday. We ate everything we ordered. The food was super tasty. The depth of flavors was absolutely delicious! We tried the pancake roll which had beef & vegetables inside. OH MY GOODNESS! I could literally eat that every day for the rest of my life! I'm totally serious. I'm not sure why they have only a 4.0, which is a good score. Honestly? SONG is deserving of at least a 4.6 but I'm giving them a 4.8. our waiter was a sweetie, polite & attentive. it wasn't crowded, actually none of the restaurants were super crowded. we were there around 630pm. so maybe it was a bit early. “I have only had take out, but ordering on line is super easy. This Chinese food restaurant allows you to select whatever type of fried rice or lo Mein you want in a combination dinner. That is an awesome option. You can also add egg. (For a slight up-charge) to your rice which is a delicious option too.The crab Rangoons are delicious and you get way more in an order than other Chinese restaurants in town.

“I always bypassed this place because parking is scarce and tight.
I wanted to review 6 months ago and been ordering food ever since.
I dont typically like Chinese food because it is really American food Chinese stylish and is so greedy.
I tried this place 3-4 months ago ordering food a friend who loved the food so I tried it myself and I love the freshness and flavor of the food and that it is not saturated, dripping in oil.
I dont really eat friend food but I have to try their friend chicken for review.
They are nice and polite people and have children bringing you your carry out and the children may be older than they appear as a 3.5 in kid brought my meal tonight and while he was totally expressionist (no smile and a porcelain face, he was not polite or rude but indifferent on a level I could not gage but I was not triggered by.
I say FK Jumbo buffet in bloomfield.
Their food is now nasty,greasy, tasteless or bad tasting and they charge a dollar to not pay in cash!“

“This place used to be one of my favorites years ago when I wirk nearby. Would goto lunch there practically once a week. Last 2 times I ordered shrimp fried rice, it tasted great as always, but this time they added shrimp on top of the rice to make you think - wow!, it's loaded. Only to find out that the rest of the rice had No Shrimp whatsoever.. a let down. Not sure, if I trust ordering there again?
