“Excellent customer service! Pulled into the drive thru and asked to have a drink I purchased at a different Dunkin remade because it was incorrect. Without hesitation, they made me a new one and apologized for the mix up. I work across the street and have never had issues with this Dunkin location. Everyone is very nice, and provide swift service. Great job!“
“As i entered the store it was busy and there were only two people doing everything! Taking orders at the front counter and drive through. Making coffee and food. Most people would be under pressure and rude in a situation like this! Jetmir and Rihanna were not rude at all. They were very pleasant and helpful! They made my day! Wheelchair accessibility: No steps into restaurant. Drive through is available. Bathroom is ADA compliant and had grab bars on both sides of toilet.“
