“I eat a lot of authentic Mexican food. This place is definitely very good. Haven’t had anything from here I didn’t enjoy. I order at least 3 times a week since I live up the road. My favorite being the Enchilada Cemita. I recommend El Gallo Dorado to everyone.“

“They are always busy but the line moves so quickly every time. The employees hustle and do a great job. Tables and drink area were clean and I saw the gentleman doing it. Miles above that trash across the street. Good, fast food with competent service.“

“I recently visited this establishment and had a satisfactory experience with the service. However, I found the portion sizes to be quite small for the price charged. Additionally, the lobby area was very dirty, with trash scattered on the floor, which detracted from the overall experience.“

“Food is great. Service needs to improve. My friends and I were there for dinner. It took almost 30 minutes to order and get a drink. Then I asked for our soup prior to the meal. Each of our meals came out separately, like we were three different orders, so we really did not eat together. The soups finally came out at the end and when I told the girl we did not want the soups, she said we couldn’t change it and we had to pay for it because we ordered it. Then when we brought this to the managers attention, they said well we’ll give you five dollars off the bill. The other thing I didn’t like was they added 15% tip in. I should decide how much a tip is going to be depending on how good the service and how fast things are. Places that add a tip to the Bill basically are telling you they don’t care how bad the service was you’re still going to give them a tip. I disagree with that.“
