I’m so grateful to my son and his girlfriend for encouraging us to stop in after a UConn game, what a gift that recommendation was. Places like this are rare, and they matter. If you love small businesses, creativity, connection, and spaces that bring people together, please show up and support this one. Bring a friend. Stay for a while. Make it part of your routine. “ventured out to try some of the stephen king specials and they did not disappoint! plus, the staff was absolutely amazing. when i asked for no cold foam she asked if i would prefer a DF option which was SO thoughtful. most cafe’s refuse to make a non-dairy cold foam when asked, and she offered it without hesitation. the baked goods were absolutely delicious, i wish we could’ve had them all!“

“Love Hartford Baking Co! Discovered it only recently and am quickly becoming a regular. Delicious coffee and baked goods, and my bacon, egg and cheese on a biscuit was oversized and decadent. Great service as well and incredibly clean/bright space.“

“I went in this morning for a pound of medium roast decaf and a quick espresso. They have an excellent interior that was nice to relax in for a few minutes before rushing off. The staff member was also super friendly. Great neighborhood too. They were carrying a limited edition run of a anaerobic process light roast from Rwanda, so I bought a bag out of curiosity. This is currently the best coffee I have ever brewed. It tastes sweet and like apples! I am really glad that they were carrying this today!“

Everyone commented on how flavorful the cake was, but the artistic talent of the baker/decorator took centerstage!!! The cake was so beautiful, we didn’t want to cut into it!!! If you decide to order a cake from Sweet Harmony you will not be disappointed!!!“

“Just started coming here not too long ago and have not been disappointed! The bagels are delicious and always fresh. We call ahead and have our order ready within 10 minutes. The donuts are delicious, my favorite right now being the Oreo one. The staff is very friendly, we were attended to by a lady who was very friendly and courteous. With 2 coffees, 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwich bagels, and 3 donuts… the total cost was about $32. She even threw in an extra donut 🩷. All staff members have been very friendly and kind. Definitely recommend this place.“

It hit every taste bud on my tongue. My husband got the brisket grilled cheese and it was out of this world good. Perfectly balanced. Not too much bbq sauce, right amount of cheese and a nice crisp bread. The tater tots were perfectly fried and salted. They were so good we didn't even need ketchup. We will for sure be back.“

“I like to hang out at this location. There are a lot of comfy places to work or read a book. The drive thru experience can be a turn off. They get a little testy when things are busy. Because the line was long, I placed my order while I was in the drive through line through the app. When I got up to the speaker, I was scolded for placing my order in the app. Respectfully, what is the difference if the order is there 1 minute before I get to the speaker vs me ordering it at the speaker?“
