“I'm a true New Englander and love my Dunkin. With that being said, there has consistently been one Dunkin near me that ALWAYS shines above the rest. Located at 17 North Rd in East Windsor, CT is by far the best Dunkin I have ever gone to. They are always friendly, efficient, and it amazes me how quickly they get through the lines. I go there so often (at least once a week) and they are consistently on point and my drinks or food is perfect. Even when I recommend Dunkin to someone, I always mention this location because of how great they are. I will definitely continue to go back and tell everyone about it! :)“

“Stopped by the Dunkin’ on 131 Brainerd Road in Hartford. The food and coffee are your typical Dunkin’ — consistent, quick, and exactly what you expect. Coffee was made right and the food hit the spot for a fast stop.

That said, the location can feel a little sketchy at times, especially depending on when you go. It’s not necessarily a dealbreaker, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, it’s fine if you’re just running in and out for your coffee fix“

“Stopped in this morning and ordered 2 dozen donuts, 2 bagels and 2 iced coffees. Prices are very reasonable, especially when compared to chain stores and for what you get. Their bagels and donuts are huge, fresh and very tasty. Staff is super friendly and provide superior customer service. Will absolutely come here again.“

“There’s something nostalgic about tasting Dunkin’ Donuts. The soft dough that melts in my mouth brings up the memories and the melody of my grandfathers voice. Every time he came over he would bring a box of donuts, sitting at the table with his coffee we enjoyed each other's company. Even though he’s gone I still go to dunkin, my other relatives gift me gift cards in remembrance of him. Keeping the dunkin tradition alive. However, every time I would go to my local Dunkin ( not this dunkin). I could never find the memories or hear the melodies of his voice when I bite in the donuts. The donuts at other Dunkin’s were always dry and sloppy. So I just accepted I would never taste the nostalgic taste of Dunkin’ Donuts again. The other Dunkin’s were just Dunkin’s. However this one was Dunkin Donuts, because when I bit into that donut. The memories flooded back to me the softness of the dough that melted, made my brain melt emotionally. I finally found the nostalgic senses around me, for a moment I was brought back in time. Thinking the box of donuts was brought for me by my grandpa. This may all sound like I’m crazy but I’m not, when you miss a loved one who is no longer around you look for them, whether it’s songs, birds and in my case Dunkin’ Donuts. This Dunkin brought back what Dunkin meant to me. The donuts were not the only thing that tasted of perfection, I also got a mocha frozen triple mocha coffee. Awhile ago in my junior year this drink spiked my love for dunkin coffee. The first sip of my mocha triple frozen coffee today, brought me back to the first time I ordered it. I could taste the sweetness of the mocha, complimented by the slushy coffee. I’ve ordered this drink from other Dunkin’s and they have never made my taste buds dance with joy like this Dunkin did. Other Dunkin’s always forgot the mocha swirl. However this dunkin made beautiful drizzles with the mocha, adding the right amount to create a delicious creamy chocolate mousse flavor. This is the best Dunkin I’ve ever tried and I’ve gone to Suffield, Southwick and enfield Dunkin’s but this Dunkin outdid them all. I didn’t personally pick up my order, my dad did after going to the gym and he told me that the staff was friendly. Which is shocking because I rarely experience friendly staff at Dunkin. Anyways here’s a picture of my mocha I drank some before because I couldn’t help myself!“

“This is always my favorite Dunkin’. Iced coffee is always on point. Yesterday (Sunday) there was a really long drive through line and i didn’t have to wait longer than five minutes from the back of the line to driving away. They’re also always so cheery. Best Dunkin’ in the area for sure!“

“Awesome public pool to bring the kids. Pool ranges from toddler to adult. Plenty of spaces to park and areas to lay down a towel or a chair. Ice cream is an added bonus for cooling down. Public pool bathrooms, change rooms and showers is AWESOME“

“I have been coming to this DD for over a year, and although I do not review chains often, here I must make an exception. There is one person that works the drive through and does so with love! It could be a dreary day, a long morning, or stressful time, all I have to do is go and I know I will be most likely greeted with a GOOD MORNING LOVE and that just brightens up my day. “Went here the other day for a donut and refresher for myself and a muffin and refresher for my travel buddy and we had a good experience while here. The donuts and muffin was great and my refresher was really good too but for my travel buddy’s refresher they had just poured the green tea on top without mixing it so the top was just straight green tea. “I work over by the mall so I often stop in here before my shifts. I place mobile orders and they’re always ready by the time I come in. But if they’re out of something then I interact with the staff, and that’s why I’m leaving this review. ALL STAFF are fast to help me, they’re ALL friendly, and energetic when im half awake and half coherent. Even though I live in Hartford, this is my new go to Dunkin for whenever I need a boost of energy before work. Going here is the best part of my morning, lol. “This is a great dunkin! If I'm in the area it's the one I like to stop at. 1 they make the bagel twist perfect!! It's not over toasted and hard like other places. It comes out soft and hot and you can taste the cheddar cheese instead of burnt bread! 2 I walk in and haven't placed my order yet and they already have my 2 bagel twist hot and ready to go! Now that's service!! I don't know the guys name who does it but he's good! The entire staff is pretty good.“
