“We had to take a last minute hotel next to Merengue’s Restaurant and it was the best experience ever!!!

Staff are cool and down to earth, we love the atmosphere and great vibes of them singing by the bar, making jokes and cold Presidente Beer!!! 🍻

Now the food!!! OMG!!! That sancocho was out this world!!! El Churrasco amazing seasoned and white rice cook to perfection!
El aguacate 🥑 on point and the service amazing!!!
Esther was our server and she killed the game, very attentive and ready with a beer before mines ends!!!

“I have been at least 5 times. I love eatting rice, salad, beans, and plantains. I have only had the buffet. The food is good and they arrange it nice on a plate and bring it to your table. Many of the employees don't speak English, but we both try really hard and end up at the right place. My boyfriend says "i don't know what they do to the pork, but it is one of the best I have ever tasted."“

“We were looking for Lao Cocina and ended up here by mistake. We didn’t know we were in the wrong place and we almost left because we didn’t see the platano sandwiches we were looking for. They stopped us and although it wasn’t on the menu they still made them for us. We also had chicharron, black rice, and fresh squeezed juices. The food was delicious! The service was incredible! And omg I’m just realizing those sandwiches are not even on their regular menu. Must go back!“
