“the atmosphere was amazing, the staff was pleasant and very personable, the food was delicious and desert the chocolate bomb I believe that's the name was the perfect ending to a wonderful service also the waitress helped me pick out a non-alcoholic drink cucumber something I'm horrible with names that's why I haven't mentioned theirs because they definitely gave it I'm just horrible with remembering anyway....if you're in Stamford area go there you'll meet them tell them Emma sent you you won't regret it I live in New Jersey and will go back“

“The food was amazing! I had the mafaldine Nero which is a seasonal selection and my fiancé had the beef Wellington and both were delicious. The Wellington was cooked perfectly and my pasta with braised octopus was to die for. We also had the creme brûlée which was delicious. The margarita was one of the tastiest margaritas and I’m not a big margarita fan. The old fashioned with hibiscus infused bourbon was unique in it’s taste but I loved it. It gave the bourbon a refreshing taste. Service was excellent!“

“We always visit CG during restaurant week. My filet was ordered medium, but served medium well. Still delicious. I did mention it to our fantastic waiter Mike, but didn't make an issue of it. We were a little disappointed that crème brûlée was no longer a dessert option. Also not thrilled that valet parking now costs $12, I remember when CG would validate your parking. Overall still a great dining experience.“

“What a surprise! We went because of the SONO location and discovered really good food. We liked the appetizers so much that we ordered a second round as our dinners. Great creme brulee for dessert. We wanted to spend a leisurely meal visiting, & this was the right place. The staff were helpful & never rushed us.“

“This wasn't our first time at Coromandel-Darien so we knew what to expect and weren't disappointed. Food, as always, was excellent. I had the Salli Boti, a wonderful and tasty lamb dish. Service was outstanding; used plates were quickly whisked away, water glasses were refilled without asking. Since we dined early in Coromandel's evening, other diners were few so it was a time for easy conversation with our friends. Only sorry their fine poori bread is no longer available, and, while making a reservation on-line is a simple task, there seems no way to cancel or change that reservation.“

“We had a delicious date night dinner out at The Spread. We sat in the covered, heated outdoor dining space and the lighting and fireplace made it very cozy and enjoyable. The food was delicious - we ordered smaller plates to share. The service was very attentive, almost to a fault. The bus staff was very on top of filling our waters the second we took a sip and taking plates the moment the last bite was taken. There were many staff members in the outdoor space that we felt that we were being watched as we ate, and they were ready to pounce and clear the table as soon as we finished something. We did feel rushed, which was the only downfall of the meal.“

“I’ve been dining at Molto’s first location in Fairfield for years since I was in college, so I was excited to try their second location in Darien Commons! The restaurant is absolutely stunning and has the same menu we know and love. You can’t go wrong with any of their homemade pasta dishes or pizza, and you could make a meal out of their appetizers, like Italian tapas style. The short rib was cooked perfectly in our risotto, and the bolognese sauce for my pasta was delicious. Fantastic drinks too. Servers were very attentive and food came out quickly. We went early on a Sunday afternoon and it was a wonderful experience.“

“I have been at least 5 times. I love eatting rice, salad, beans, and plantains. I have only had the buffet. The food is good and they arrange it nice on a plate and bring it to your table. Many of the employees don't speak English, but we both try really hard and end up at the right place. My boyfriend says "i don't know what they do to the pork, but it is one of the best I have ever tasted."“
