“The new management at this Dunkin’ has definitely turned some heads! I’ve been coming here for about two years, and in the past, I’ve dealt with so many problems—bad attitudes, issues with orders, and even inconsistent opening times. But lately, things feel different! For the past week, my wife and I have been stopping here every morning before work, and the improvement is clear. The biggest plus? It’s actually open on time! That was never a guarantee before, but now, it’s a reliable stop to start the day. This morning, we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming man who even made conversation about the weather while we waited for my wife to locate her card. It was such a nice change from the usual experience—and definitely better than having the window slammed in our faces! It’s refreshing to see the effort being put in, and I hope this positive change continues. Thank you for some hope Robert! Keep it up!“

“This place is amazing! We've been searching for a great breakfast (and lunch) place in Torrington and this place definitely fits the bill. Amazing food, great service and a hometown feel. Portions are huge and delicious. You have to try the peach crepes if they're on the specials menu. For the slightly less adventurous, the cheese omelette with sourdough toast (2 different kinds) is wonderful. Can't say enough about this restaurant. We'll be back soon!“

Always crowded a bit so if you crossing from the parking to the store always look first. People driving cars in Waterbury they don't stop. They have some kind of mental problem. They think when they driving a car that they can mix their problems with people on the streets, plus they always in some kind of hurry I don't know exactly what they hurry is but they don't even have a minute to stop for a person crossing an street.“

“Was visiting here Friday morning relaxing in the chairs with my coffee when I unexpectedly had a very intense seizure. The staff jumped into action & took care of me until paramedics arrived. I felt embarrassed to return because I'd caused a scene, but when I came back and apologized the staff here warmly welcomed me back and were so kind to me that it nearly brought me to tears. These are amazing, wonderful, beautiful people, and EXACTLY the type of employees that every business should pray for. This is my new spot for as long as I live in Connecticut and I would literally go out of my way if I were you to go to this Dunkin (especially if you plan to have a medical emergency bc these ladies are cool af under pressure lol). The girls do everything they can to accommodate you and make sure that you're satisfied with your order and they do it in such a genuinely kind way that it starts your day off beautifully. “have been to Brinx twice. Both times I had the everything bagel with cheese, egg and bacon. The bagel is slightly toasted and is both soft and tasty. They give plenty of cheese and plenty of bacon for the very reasonable price of $7.00, which is unmatched anywhere. The young man who serves is friendly and pleasant. The place looks a bit dusty but the tables are clean and the coffee is very good. I highly recommend this place.“

“Just ordered 8 burritos from here and I am so surprised they each weigh 1.5+ lbs!!! That's insane!!! The owner, Señor Maximo, was very kind and nice and gave me some free food and free cake! I was very surprised but very grateful! I know times are tough but it's the nice gestures and acts of kindness that are appreciated! Parking: You have to park behind the store and walk to the front. I don't feel it's very convenient for people that can't walk well or walk a distance. The spots in front ( it's only 3 spots ) but they are used for curbside pick ups.“
