“I have been going to Happy Sushi for well over a year. The food is excellent, and fresh, and the integrity of Mr. & Mrs. Lee is second to none! I have compared their sushi to some of the offerings from many high scale restaurants, and have found it to be better. I highly recommend Happy Sushi for you daily dining, or special event. You will not be disappointed.“

“This has become our family staple in Local Waterbury for GREAT Chinese Food and Sushi. The staff is extremely friendly and very cordial. Food is very tasty and prepared with love! I enjoy everything. My daughter loves their shrimp tempura and Miso Soup. My wife enjoys their Sushi. I've had almost everything and they NEVER disappoint.“

“Hands down the best hibachi restaurant around. The food is always fresh and the portions are big. The price is very reasonable for what you’re getting. The service is good. I usually dine by myself for lunch break. I’m not overly bothered by staff which is nice. It’s very clean also. In my opinion this restaurant is better than ALL surrounding towns that have a hibachi restaurant.“

“Their miso soup is my favorite!! I’ve been all over the world, and still find their soup to be better than any I’ve tried. The fried rice and sushi are also great, I’m not a big raw fish eater though, so I opt for the vegetarian rolls.“

“I ordered the most expensive roll, the lobster king roll, which had lobster and avocado inside and mango outside! This was my favorite roll EVER. Our server said that this same roll was also her favorite. I also had the Thomaston roll, tried the sunrise roll and the Mars roll. Still the Lobster king roll remains my favorite. I also highly recommend the shrimp tempura appetizer! Their dipping sauce is the best I've ever had!
Parking: Park in the plaza next door, over the bridge.“
