“Stop reading and just go here. Seriously this is the best sushi spot within 20 miles and it's not close. I've tried them all. Around $15 for the lunch special and you will get more than enough for one person.
Fresh ingredients, excellent presentation, made exactly like the pictures. The clear soup was perfectly balanced and full of flavor, fresh salads, and so many cool creations.
They have a full japanese menu, however I've only had sushi and some apps. Second visit this week, it's that good.
The decor is higher end and very relaxing, but this place also had a chill vibe.
Can't wait to come back.“

“The food is amazing and very reasonably priced All the staff were kind, welcoming and accommodating.

We had the Spicy Girl roll, piece of Salmon Roe sushi, Orange chicken (crispy exterior without feeling oily and juicy chicken inside, the sauce was not overly sweet), Rice noodles with chicken (very savory), steamed broccoli and the Creme brulee cheesecake (so creamy and delicious! Not too sweet).

The atmosphere could use a bit more sprucing, the decor is very plain and light was really low, but honestly the food is the highlight and makes up for this tenfold.

We'll definitely be coming back!

“We had the mangetsu spicy ramen and the miso spicy ramen. They were very flavorful and delicious. The server took our order promptly. Pork gyoza were absolutely fantastic as well.
Update: I visited for their bento box and whoa! I won't say better than the ramen but also very very tasty! Can't recommend enough“

It has been decades since my last Japanese dinner (Charlotte NC NYE)It definitely won't be my last.Thx.“

“We normally go to Tokyo Ramen in Storrs, CT but they are closed for the summer. We decided to try Kaliubon in Wethersfield and got the seasoned edamame and it was so flavorful. We also got the beef ramen bowl and they were extremely good aswell. Will come back again with friends, thank you!“

I had the chicken katsu which was good but with a sauce I had to get aside. Alone it's a little bland. I strongly recommend the Jalapeño appetizers tho.“

“I've only ever gotten takeout, but the food has always been delicious. The crab rangoon are the best I've ever had - not too much extra wonton, and the wonton is light and crispy. They are very full, and come with a yummy sauce. I love their Kani salad and Middletown roll as well. Cashiers are always very friendly. I never have to wait long after putting in my order. If I ever eat in, I'll want to sit inside one of the booth areas, they look cozy. Highly recommend. ?“

“Man, I remember when this food court used to be packed with customers and businesses during lunch. Now it’s down to 2 spots for grub. Either way, destroyed the Spicy Salmon bowl with brown rice. It was really good. If you’re looking for a good space to enjoy good food and be left alone to read or whatevs, this is a good space for that. For now.“

“We are very happy to have Ginza reopen (under new management). The sushi was fantastic; we found it to be very fresh (even on a Sunday). The hostess was helpful, offering a suggestion to my son to try Toro (a fatty tuna) which he hadn't tried before, but he enjoyed. I liked that they had reusable chopsticks on the table, though they did not fit in our helpers (we asked for the bamboo chopsticks for those diners). The table we were at was spacious, which worked for our premeal game of Sushi Go. And the bathroom was clean 😊. It was a wonderful lunch and we are looking forward to visiting again.“

The service could’ve been a little bit better I had to ask for my drink several times. We asked them to change the TV channel from something other than sports and they did change the channel but just to another sports channel, I don’t quite understand why Japanese steakhouse wants to play sports on big screen TVs I had to filet mignon my wife had some sushi and our friends had chicken combos and sushi themselves. We will go back. We had a great time.“

“Possibly the best sushi place in the county! I have gone to many, but this place stands out. First of all, it's well known by everybody in the town. It's a favorite! Once you come in, your greeted with a staff member with candies and mints offered. Keep in mind that this is a family-owned business. It's a very lively atmosphere, yet busy. And I mean BUSY! Coming here on a Friday is like going to the Eras Tour. It is busy and almost everything is full. The wait is usually 10-30 minutes on average, but sometimes it could be longer. Once, I waited 2 hours for a table! You'd be lucky to get a table right away on Friday-Sunday. Although, it's for a reason. The food is drop-dead amazing! Beautiful presentation with it being fresh and delicious. My honest recommendations are the Rocky Hill Roll, Eel nigiri, and the fried oreo w/ vanilla bean ice cream. I truly recommend this place if your having a party or just a Friday night dinner. Truly amazing, deserves 5 stars!“
