The staff was immediately attentive, aware, and helped me realize that the initial problem at the other place was something I overlooked. “I had a great experience at this location, unlike the awful experience I had at the subway downtown recently. Every employee and the owner himself are consistently cleaning. You can eat off the floor here. All the food is well kept and always fresh as had been on my last three visits there. When I was joking and telling my story of another visit at another location, I said, “you would think that a food business would at least keep things clean in customer view…nobody could see what happens behind the counter or in the freezer, haha”. At this point both the owner and another woman there immediately invited to escort me go in the back, the storage area, even the freezer to take a look!!! I was amazed. I didn’t have to at that point!!“
