“I love how organized they are weather is in person or online orders they make tour order exactly how they look and yes sometimes it be busy and you have to wait a little but they are so kind and make sure that you are satisfied with your order before you walk out the door.“

“Rita’s is truly like no other place I’ve ever been to. We drive 45 minutes just to come here for their ice, custard and happiness. Rita’s frozen custard is just amazing. It’s sweet, creamier and thicker than a regular soft serve ice cream. Their Italian ice is some of the best I’ve ever had. You really can’t go wrong with any of the flavors they have. They are all so good! I highly recommend the gelati, and have a couple different flavors of ice with it. My personal favorites are watermelon, chocolate covered strawberry,, strawberry lemonade and sour patch red. The sprinkles they have are really good too. Worth the trip, even if it’s an hour away. There are so many great restaurants in the area.“

“I love coming here. My go to order is the egg and cheese wrap with peppers and onions and the vegetable wrap. The workers are all very nice, patient, and friendly. I highly recommend them. The taste is fresh, healthy, not salty or anything like that, which is very important to me. Shout out to Axa for waiting after hours for me to collect my order because I was stuck in traffic ❤️“

“A nice spot located in West Hartford center. I love the smell of waffle when I enter. They offer a variety of signature flavors as well as seasonal taste. The ice cream is rich. You can choice from a variety of waffle cone and topping types. Their staff are always friendly and helpful. Pricing is a bit higher than some of the other ice cream chains, but you get what you pay for.“

“probably not no. just entering the establishment their was paper towels all over the place and every surface was sticky, got up to the counter it was well over a half hour in line grabbing our purchase for one bowl I chose the fruity pebbles roll. the quality was very good of the ice cream. behind the line it looked clean but personally I think these young folks that work their need to try and fit some lobby maintenance here and their. I know it's rough sometimes. but those kids definitely were working their butts off every associate their was friendly too. but the entry was unesthetically pleasing.“

“I love Milkcraft! The ice cream is delicious.
However, I wish they had more options. Also, every time we have gone has been on a weekend or weeknight. And there has only ever been one employee working. And some of the items like bubble cones take awhile to make. So it's very easy for a line to form.
I recently got the blue cookie butter ice cream (I think thats what it was) and it was SO GOOD. Honestly better than I expected haha.“

Parking: The parking lot is a very awkward slanted lot with a mix of perpendicular and straight spaces.

Wheelchair accessibility: Be careful in the parking lot as it is awkwardly slanted and hilly. Otherwise, you can use the sidewalk right up to the door. Unfortunately, the door *is not* automatic.“
