“My wife KiTKat buys our sandwiches from here. We been coming here for years. I never leave a review. I wanted to thank them for treating her with respect. We look at them as grandparents, but they also look very young. They are very respectful torward any culture, doesn’t matter. If you don’t have respect for these beautiful people, then you should be ashamed of yourself. They are very up beat, and lovable. Nowadays it’s hard to let a woman go into and establishment without men disrespecting them, or addressing them with there eyes in a vulture manner. She said when she walks into there establishment, she feels safe. And hearing my wife speak those words, are music to my ears. So thank you to moms and pops. “There is just something so magical about the way she makes the steak and cheese. I feel as though she pours her heart and soul into each sandwich. Every explosive bite is better than the next and you can actually TASTE the love. 10/10 would highly recommend. Although, be sure to watch out for tiny short man as he literally does the opposite. His sandwiches are filled with hate and resentment. I’m not sure why he is always so mad at me and my friends but I won’t deduct a star for his lack of kindness. The wonderful lady makes up for all aspects of his negativity and for that I give West Haven Krauszers 5 stars.“

“So I typically have a great sandwich here, but the other day I placed an order over the phone for my grandfather’s birthday, and when I showed up too early to pick up the order I thought I heard they didn’t have one type of meats for the ‘Sweet Italian Combo’ (of course my grandfather’s sandwich, out of all of them ordered). I thought nothing of it as nobody said a word to me from behind the counter. Grabbed the orders and paid, get home and it was a grilled chicken sandwich with ham (random combination) BUT was labeled as the Sweet Italian. It all made sense now, and I was not mistaken from what I heard. The Provy Brother’s would of never of pulled that ‘stunt’ and would have been transparent that they did not have the available meat(s) for the sandwich instead of making whatever they decided AND labelling it as the requested sandwich when it was not. Yes, the sandwich was still good, but imagine my grandfather’s surprise on his 86th birthday that his favorite sandwich he ordered from his favorite sandwich shop was not what he ordered or wanted on his special day. Please don’t EVER do that again to anyone. That was messed up and you all know what you did. And yes, we will give you all another chance as your sandwiches are always great. Just please be honest to your loyal customers.“
