“Probably the best Subway I’ve ever visited is the one in Clinton, Connecticut. The owner, John, is a genuinely kind and thoughtful man who clearly takes great pride in his business. The restaurant is spotless, the service is fair and friendly, and every meal feels freshly made with care. It’s a noticeable step above other Subways — you can really tell that John puts his heart into making it a great experience for everyone who walks through the door. “I went to have a quick bite with my husband last night and while we sat to eat, a man with no money walked in. The owner immediately walked over to him, greeted him with utmost respect, made him a footlong sandwich and meal, free of charge, and treated him in a way that made us both tear up and realize there are good people in this world who have a heart of gold. The owner is a couple who treats their customers like friends and family, but this action made me respect them 100 times more. God bless you.
