From the moment I approached the counter, both clerks greeted my husband and I with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely valued. What stood out most was their patience and willingness to go above and beyond to assist us and joke around. They not only made sure I had everything I needed but also took the time to engage in a friendly conversation that brightened my day. It’s rare to come across someone with such a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help. This clerk truly made my experience memorable, and I just wanted to say thank you for turning an ordinary visit into something special! Will return again! The decaf coffee was the best! Too many available food options coupled with speediness often causes ordering errors. Dunkin' needs to fix this! Maybe have window server quickly review your order before placing?
