“I just had the best authentic Thai food here! Im visiting from California and the owner Jeera was exceptionally kind and excellent service! We started with the fresh rolls, the green curry with chicken, the papaya salad, and the pad prick beef! The mango sticky rice was better than what I had in Thailand! I Would highly recommend :). Thank you for the hospitality!“
“Love this restaurant. Their friendly service is something you do not see much of these days. They take tremendous pride in their food and the chef lives up to the task. Really fun dining experience. Don't forget to ask for the home made chili crisp spice! Great value for lunch. I go there and get take out 2-3 x per month.“
“There isn’t anything that I’ve had here that I don’t love. Everything is just so good. I had the Thai Kit signature which is a sampler of different appetizers. Yum! The wings are good soaked in a sweet chili sauce. The fried calamari was good too. For my entree I had the nua tod which is sticky rice with like a beef jerky. The waitress brought out for me a Thai dipping sauce which has a slight kick more than the sauce that is served with it. It was delicious!! To finish it off I had the fresh mango with sticky rice and that was heaven with the coconut cream sauce.“
“Having recently moved to Norwalk, we have tried several of the local Thai places and so far Boom Thai has become a favorite. We dined in on our first visit and as other reviews noted, the table service is not the most attentive, simply because the volume of takeout they do is a distraction for the wait staff. Subsequently, we just order takeout too. Food quality is consistently high. And the staff is welcoming and friendly. We like things spicy and don't have to say "Extra, Extra Hot." Just "Spicy" is hot enough here. So if you don't want it hot, definitely say so. Prices seem a little on the high side to me, but portions are fairly large. It's a reasonable value for the quality they deliver.“
“Since discovering Ruuthai’s Kitchen, a very quaint, quiet, “hole in the wall”, comforting food spot-I’ve never been disappointed in any dishes I’ve chosen. Fell in love instantly with their green curry which is simply flavorsome compared to many places having it in the tri-state area. My classic choices of Drunken Noodles, Spicy Basil Fried Rice, Thai Chicken Satay, Spring Rolls and much more are just made with love and perfection.“
“Went for lunch and there was a sign that you can get spring rolls or crab Rangoon with the lunch special. The crab Rangoon were delicious!!! I love that you can adjust the spice level if you want to make a spicy dish more mild. The server shared that info with us bc some of the menu items designated dishes as spicy. We tried drunken noodles with beef. The meat was tender and the spice amount (we asked for medium heat) was spot on. We also tried the crispy duck. Server was friendly and food was good proportions.“
“Randomly picked this place from google maps on the way home from NY and what a great little place. The place was super clean and ambience was perfect. The food was amazing and very tasty. We had the vegetable soup, steam pork dumplings, crispy spring rolls, chicken pad thai, and beef hot basil. And the server was very pleasant and attentive. Definitely a great little spot to visit again and recommend.“
“One of my dear friends surprised me and my wife with Nit Noi delivery while we were sick. The broth is ASTOUNDING. Drinking it feels like drinking the energy of home. The shredded chicken and fresh veggies that came with the broth were incredible, too. So fresh and delicious. You can feel the love, care, and intentionality poured into the food. Can’t wait to continue to enjoy Nit Noi! Thank you for providing such a nourish, healthy meal! ??“
“First time trying Thai food. Whoopi is the closest place to my house. I got the chicken pad se ew and mango sticky rice. It was amazing, fresh and hot! Customer service is very good. The lady was very nice to me and give me extra peanuts and chili sauce, no problem. I will be coming again? Yummy“
“Ordered from Grubhub. Was fast and hot. I had the pad see ew which I thought was less flavorful than should be. Also at the upper limit of what to expect for price. I would consider looking somewhere else for Thai food although it's not a bad last resort.“
“Don’t know who needs to hear this but this is the spot for Thai take out in CT.I don’t look at the menu anymore (I’m sure the other food is great) but my order is: papaya salad, pad see ew chicken (but I think the picture actually shows pad kee mao that’s my b), vegetable green curry, and shaking beef. Hits all categories and is well-balanced.The food comes out fast and I always do take out. The parking to pick it up is actually quite a pain given where they are located. But it’s worth it!“
