It's hard for us to find any good restaurants where we live so we drove 1 1/2 hours to check out Botanika. We were amazed at how delicious everything was...and we ordered 1burito, 2 wraps, 2 pulled jackfruit, mac n "cheese," and two (or three) of every dessert they had! (of course we took some home lol) The chocolate cheesecake was absolutely delicious! The owner and server were completely sweet and friendly. This charming little cafe is filled with good vibes and loving energy. We will definitely be returning.“

The vegan beef and spring platters were perfection (flavor was insane). The ingredients were clearly fresh, and each dish was made to order, as we could see while waiting. I will say it was a long wait (~45 minutes), so order further ahead if you are doing take-out. However, it is very worth it for dishes made fresh with great ingredients. “Recently stopped in for cocktails after a weekend event at the Westport Library, conveniently across the street. We did not eat, but the staff was very friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. Carlos, our bartender, made great recommendations that were spot on, and he even brought us a specialty cocktail to try on the house. Chef Renato was also very engaging and generous, he offered us a tasty bite simply for the joy of hospitality. The wood-fired Neapolitan style pizza looked delicious, definitely want to try it next time!“

“I am always suspicious of places that don’t focus on one cuisine but we have ordered twice now from Yuki Kitchen and have been impressed by the authenticity of the menu. We ordered Simmered Shitake mushrooms, Lucky Pink Radish, and smashed spicy cucumbers and all were amazing. We also ordered Yaya Balls which are deep fried octopus. My son had them in Japan on a visit a few weeks ago and said they tasted just as good. He was also excited to see a brand of iced tea he had in Japan. Yuki Kitchen is a tiny but mighty source for authentic Asian food. Don’t drive by it….“

“The food was excellent. It took a little while to prepare, which to me meant is was made with care, and made fresh. It was totally worth the wait. The chicken shawarma platter was very flavorful and the portion was generous. The presentation would have been nicer in a plate rather than a tin container, with plastic utensils and tiny napkins, but I would imagine that this keeps the cost down, and makes it easier to take the rest home, since I couldn't finish the smaller size entree. The atmosphere is no frills, but the food exceeded my expectations.“
