“Went here for lunch with my sister! I couldn’t believe how packed they were on a Monday! No wonder- the food and drink were ON POINT! Our waiter was very attentive and informative on wine. We shared the spinach and artichoke dip- delicious! I had the harvest vegetable bowl and added steak. The flavors mixed so well creating a palette of fresh, and my steak was cooked perfectly! My sister got the burger and a Cesar salad. The dressing was really fresh and lemony! The burger was delish as well! I will definitely be back! All the food I watched going by looked like 10 stars!“

“This is the best soul food place that I have ever eaten hands down. My fried chicken was fried hard and crispy my Mac and Cheese was cheesy and to die for. the potato salad o my goodness delicious! I almost forgot to mention the banana pudding is off the chain!.... stop wasting your money at these mediocre fast food joints go to Hot Pockets on Main Street in Hartford CT and get you some real food!“

Moved into the scallop dinner and wife had a pasta dish oh and the homemade soup then dessert all food was incredible can’t say enough good about this place“

“I love this restaurant. The food is always good and the female wait staff is great. The males, are on the rude side....one time throwing steak knives across the table when we requested them to cut our steaks. Every time we dine here, I am so annoyed with the lighting. Fluorescent lighting in a fine dining establishment is the worst. Please...please ...please put in recessed lighting that can be dimmed to make for a romantic dining experience.“

“This was our first time trying Alexia's. We ordered a plain, cheese pizza, and it was excellent. The sauce was tasty, full of flavor, without being too sweet or too acidic. The crust was wonderfully crisp, without being charred. I'm not an expert by any means, but I would describe the pizza as "Detroit style." The staff were very friendly. Gluten-free is available as well.“

I've had the whiting fish meal with hush puppies, fried mac n cheese, peach cobbler, and sweet potato pie (its not your gma thanksgiving recipe, don't compare, but its good), They give you a choice of white or wheat bread. In-house tarter sauce, I swear their food has you know what in it, lol. The fish is not too salty, seasoned well. Also, the portion is big, and a large fish comes with 8 big pieces. Check them out. Don't focus on the location. It's very good food! ✌? I'll take pics next time“

“The ambience is amazing. In the summer, I enjoy pulling my boat up and walking to have good food overlooking the lake. The staff is incredible and super friendly. The owner is always walking around, shaking hands with everybody and being friendly making sure everybody is happy.. The restaurant manager is amazing always constantly asking me if I’m happy with my food and service. The bartenders the waitresses everybody is awesome. The new cook is amazing and the food is great. I highly recommend trying them out. I am extremely pleased as a customer.“

“As a local business owner that frequents Anthony's Restaurant, I've yet to have a less than great experience. Many locals truly appreciate the quality the owner puts into his authentic dishes. The pizza is always great, with generous toppings, the meatballs are homemade and flavorful, the sauce is also taseful and the dishes are plentiful! The owner has been in the business for decades and truly cares deeply about thir customers experiences and is very friendly. This restaurant includes a family effort, they provide a clean and positive family experience and local business love their food as well. I know personally, because I provide gift cards on behalf of business relationships in the area & their always happy with their experiences. I recommend giving them another try - to those who had unfortunate past experience, they've got a better crew than they once had. Keep in mind it's been profoundly challenging these past few years on small businesses & good help dosen't come easy.“

“I recently discovered this African restaurant. The grilled chicken is really delicious and that together with their fried yam is my favorite. Their portions are good and the menu is typically Ghanaian. They are easy to locate, have ample parking and pricing is moderate.“

“This dining spot is located in the Marriott Hotel on Day Hill Road. After work, my guest and I stopped in for apps and drinks. We enjoyed the Point Judith Calamari and the wings.
The inviting atmosphere and excellent service make this dining experience a plus for business travelers. The menu is a little pricey but not out of line for 4-star hotels.
