“Amazing food the Brisket was so tender that when I picked it up it crumbled Into pieces off my hand and fork. So good. Chicken, Mac and cheese and Corn Bread were phenomenal. Staff was very nice and took the time to explain the menu. Alsi A clean restaurant. I am not from the area but I will be taking the 45 min drive to come back again.“

“Well I’ll be d8mned. This was the BEST food I’ve ever had in CT and that’s saying a lot. Best BBQ too. Didn’t care for the brisket, but the ribs (and I hate ribs) and pulled pork were to die for. Don’t even get me started on the sides! No velveeta Mac here, this is the real deal. Everything is seasoned and on POINT. The cocktails are marvelous as well. Run, don’t walk to eat here.“

“Bear's is the best barbecue I have had in a long time! The Texas sausage, Buffalo wings, pulled pork, collard greens, and macaroni & cheese were all magnificent!! The staff was so kind and helpful in helping choose what food to order! What a wonderful place to eat!“

“Our family recently visited Hungry Pot Korean BBQ to celebrate my son’s birthday, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. For many of us, this was our first time dining at a Korean BBQ restaurant, and our server, Tian, went above and beyond to make it memorable. He warmly interacted with everyone at the table, guided us through the ordering process, and even prepared several dishes right at our table, allowing us to try a wide variety of options. The food was fresh, flavorful, and plentiful, leaving everyone fully satisfied. The environment was clean and inviting, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the overall dining experience exceeded our expectations. We left with great memories, and I would highly recommend Hungry Pot Korean BBQ to anyone seeking delicious food and excellent service in a welcoming atmosphere. “Great food. The menu has something for everyone.
Creative appetizers, delicious mac and cheese and my boyfriend and I even tried the steak dinner special one night and it was delicious.
I love the country Western Barn type atmosphere. Great for family dinners, large party dinners, date night or just meeting friends out for drinks, and check out live bands Fri and Sat night! Huge space!
They were playing great country music the night we were there and even had the music videos going on the TVs.
Servers are always greeting you with a smile. I would highly recommend checking out this place, or make it your regular spot.“

“This place is amazing. Their beef patties are nicely spiced and one of the best. The vegetable patty is also delicious. I’ve had their jerked chicken, curry goat, and oxtail. All are so tender and flavorful. Good sized portions and affordable. Glad to have a place like this in West Hartford. I’ve never been disappointed.“

“Been to three different locations, but the Enfield, CT location stands out. Exceptional service, especially the bar staff. The food is always served hot with freshly baked bread. I haven't had a bad item off the menu. Cool atmosphere as well. I am a bone in rib eye guy, but even enjoyed their salmon as well. Lots of interesting folk at the bar as the hotel next door attracts many travelers from far and wide.“

“Unassuming takeout only West Indian Restaurant. I have been a few times and the food is always excellent! I love the Jerk Chicken, peas and rice with Oxtail Gravy and Stewed Cabbage. Just the right amount of heat and the smoky flavor of the chicken is perfect! The cabbage is sweeter than I am used to, but I enjoyed it. It helped cut the heat. Parking can be difficult when it's busy, but so worth it!!!“

“We came at 4:00 on a Saturday for dinner thinking we’d be early abd it wouldn’t be crowded. WRONG! Place was packed but we got last 2 seats at bar (our preference). Within a few minutes there was a wait for tables….at 4:30! I had a full rack of ribs and my wife had the Porterhouse steak. Both were excellent but both slightly undercooked. She ordered medium and got medium rare to rare. My ribs had some pink and shouldn’t! We started with Wild West shrimp which is always excellent and a huge portion. After the shrimp, bread and our salads we were starting to fill up. I took 1/2 rack home as well as a good portion of her steak. Once microwaved the next day they were fully cooked and better! Service at the bar is always good and Marcus was amazing! Polite, respectful yet energetic and efficient. We had a very good meal overall!“
