“I use the drive thru here pretty much every morning during the week. Pretty much every team member here is super friendly and they always get my order right. I wish I got their names but there's a younger gentleman and a petite woman that normally run the drive thru... they're both amazing“

“This is not to get anybody fired or in trouble but yesterday when I went to order my Bacon egg and cheese Wake-Up wrap the manager, who is training a new employee hold the new employee that made a mistake, and the mistake was he cooked a whole egg instead of half an egg. The manager said that's easy and she threw it in the garbage and said just start over, I thought I'm not trying to get like an extra egg for free but that's kind of like a waste of money seeing the type of economy we're in and the business and what does that say to the customer? Let's try better folks 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 still love Duncan will always love it but I had to say that.“

“I am a long haul truck driver fork canada so i dont ever do dunkindonuts and stopped in at the Bloomfield windsor connecticut location my cashier was a young fella named Rashad very polite and well mannered and very helpful when I wasn't sure on how to order my ice capp, I did tip this friendly gentlemen hope the manager sees this they need more people like him:) thank you sir for the extra donut and timbits:)“

“It's the hardest working Dunkin in town. Be nice to this crew. They're swamped so often and still manage to do so much work with a smile or at least a helpful attitude. Every now and again, I get a mistake on an order but honestly if you're picking this spot, you're gambling as they do they're best to keep up with mobile, drive in, and standing orders!“
