“waterbury location. tried to give them benefit of the doubt since they just opened but they were rude. told my son shut up when they made mistakes. they never even fixed the error and basically robbed him from $13 shrimp basket but argued with him about it. hate to say it cuz the garlic parm wings were best I've had but definitely won't be back“

“*update: Bar Experience. The bar was very well equipped, the bartender ( Alex) was very attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. Carlos made sure everyone was tended and had what they needed. Great teamwork behind the bar. The food Experience at the bar matched that of the dining room experience. The bar and restaurant was busy but Alex, Carlos and all of the staff hustled and the food was hot, tasted wonderful and of course left me wanting desert. If you have not visited this establishment, you are missing out. Everything from their service, their extensive drink menu, their delicious "tapas", their creative specials, their daily menu to their tray of deserts is an experience. Come on by, I promise you will not be disappointed. Check out the updated Bar Experience pictures. A hidden Gem in downtown Southington. This is our second visit here and we are absolutely in love with this restaurant. From its eclectic decor, super attentive staff to its fabulously fantastic tasting tapas and entrees....where do I truly begin. The owners ( Rob, is always stopping by to say hello and check in) are visible and make you feel welcomed, my waitress Alyssa was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious. The pictures below do no justice to the flavors that pop as you are eating them. You can't wait to come back. Oh I almost forgot....the drinks....the best Sangrias!!!! Yes! Sangrias...Sangrias!! You must stop by.“

“Stopped in on our way home from DC and had a fantastic dinner - the snow crab was outstanding. Nice, big pieces of meat that slid right out of the shell with virtually no struggle. Good sized shrimp, and the sausage, corn and potato were great too. Super friendly (and fast) service. What a pleasure it was to take a break from our almost 12 hour drive (thanks to traffic and crappy weather) and spend some time relaxing here with good food and great people. I hope we are able to stop in again the next time we are on the road!“

“We celebrated our 14th Anniversary at Roma’s last night - ambiance was perfect, the other diners shared their night with us, the calamari appetizer , my Shrimp Pappardelle & Joe’s Shrimp Fra Diavolo were excellent!! “Excellent food.. great gluten free options! Placed an order for takeout today and received a surprise dessert! Little do you know, I ordered this meal for my mom who spent the entire day in the hospital with my grandma. “I called during the day to get info on pizza and delivery. I spoke with Pam. She gave me the details and said if I wanted I could call her back when I was ready. I did call her back and ordered my pizza for delivery at 6pm. It came right on time. Our pizza was hot and delicious 😋“

“Last week my family and i had dinner at Flair which is one of our favorite restaurants and Hector the owner told us his family bought Fratellis. We said we would come in this week snd try out the new restaurant. We had told Hector the we loved clams casino and he remembered and even though they were not on the menu he brought some to us from Flair. They were excellent. We also had the best chicken dish ever which was called chicken fratellis. It was very obvious that Hector and his family bent over backwards to ensure our experience was amazing and.......it was. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a fabulous meal and feel that you are appreciated. Thank again“

“An amazing place to get some exquisite traditional real tasting Italian food. Their penne, El vodka is very delicious. Also their meatballs are great and their sauce is A1 and thats coming from an Italian,I know. Also they have friendly staff and their cook is a very communicative live soul with a vibrant attitude making for great customer service . There’s not many good spots in Waterbury these days but this A1“

“Well the atmosphere is ok even thought it looks like from the ghetto still that fried chicken taste real good which went last week didn’t know there was one in Bristol. Love the biscuit and in the future will go again. The owner was very professional. The lady behind the counter was nice but needs to smile at least for the customers. But other than that it was too delicious!“

“Bliss Vybz has always had delicious food but I had the pleasure of experiencing the catering services last week and was very pleased! They arrived on time and made sure everything was in place and being appropriately heated before they left. The curried goat and curried chicken were well seasoned and paired well with the white rice. The jerk chicken was authentic, smokey and delicious! The rice and peas and steamed cabbage complimented the meal and soaked up all of the flavors from the the gravies! The salmon bites were the talk of the party! They were so tender and flavorful! The service and attention to detail they provided was outstanding! I definitely recommend them for any event corporate or personal! There is so much more food to try. You will not be disappointed!“
