“We had been to Ixtapa before and found the food and service amazing!! So when we recently had a summer party we reached out to have them cater. We worked with Griselda, she was phenomenal! She arrive early, had 8 trays step up in minutes, gave us a full run down on how long to keep the burners running so the the food would be ready for our guest and wouldn't burn. We got so many compliments on how good the food was!! Best of all we have many delicious leftovers!“

“I have been coming here for years. Most of the items are great but the last 5 or so times that I have come here the chips are so greasy that I can’t eat them. This sucks bc the salsa is great. Also, the restaurant can be pretty cold in the winter as the door is opening and closing a lot.“

“I got tacos for my brother, my boyfriend, and I. I got carnitas which was pretty good I liked there wasn’t much fat in the taco! My boyfriend and my brother both got steak they enjoyed it. They did put some extra hour sauce at home but they enjoyed the tacos. They are a little on the blander side but I haven’t had pancheros in a while and wanted to try it out again.“

“Our server was excellent. It was LOUD. Granted it was a Friday night, but even so, the place was incredibly loud. We only had just four people, and still all of us had trouble hearing one another. They should really put stuff on the walls to absorb the sound. (And they could put beautiful Mexican fabrics up, win/win.) Appetizers we good, but not great, but we all liked our entrees. “I see this truck every day super early in the morning 7:45am and on the way home from work 6pm so I decided to try him out. Got the Lengua tacos and they were really good and inexpensive ($2 each). “I asked Juan to provide his food cart for the Yale student record label’s Spring Concert. Juan was very friendly and helpful and dedicated to making my outdoor event work, even in the rain! He made wonderful food and kept the guests at our concert fed and happy. Could not be more satisfied with Taquería Juanchos Guacamoles and the wonderful people who run it.“
