“We came to DC for 3 days and 2 out of 3 days we came to Pearls!. I HIGHLYYYYY recommend coming here, even if its out of your way!! The bagels, sandwiches, coffee, and everything in-between is amazing! The customer service is just as amazing as the food! We will 10000% come back here!! If my review doesn't do justice just look at the pictures because I'm drooling wishing i didn't live 19 hours away!“

“The bagels here are very good and the service is so quick! There’s a large variety and they sell them by the bag as well. The ladies who work here are also very nice. The coffee is pretty good.

However, I’ve noticed that the person who handles the cash (it’s a cash-only store) is also the one who grabs the bagels. While she wears gloves, she uses the same pair for both touching cash and bagels. This doesn’t seem hygienic to me, especially since there are usually many customers. I thought it was a one-off thing, but recently I’ve noticed it happening every time I order a bagel. This alone has me questioning if I’ll keep going here.“

“We have lived in the building right next to Pops bagels for a while now and we love them as a nice easy breakfast option. The staff are always friendly and nice and I rarely have to wait long to get my breakfast.

My only complaint is that there is a very limited selection of bagel flavors, and unfortunately, in recent months that everything bagel has come with far too much salt on it, making it inedible at times. This would be a three star review however the staff are always friendly so I had to give four.“

“Lol at the reviews here. We are not in New York. Understood. These are good DC bagels. This is also not a full service restaurant. It's primarily online orders. They will take your order in store, but it will take time if they're busy. Level your expectations, enjoy your bagel.“

The baristas were super friendly and made my latte just right. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but I think the atmosphere and quality make it worth it. Super simple food counter with great breakfast sandwiches, lunch options coffee, etc. I stopped by the other day bc I went to Slipstream for coffee but their food choices were too foo-foo. I just wanted a regular bacon, egg, and cheese. Looked across the street, saw Atrium Cafe and immediately walked over. Went back the next day for a cheese steak. It was really good but a little small.“

“Bacon double burger: 9/10 The first bite of this burger was full of flavor. I recommend the secret sauce with it. After a car ride home the burger wasn’t much to look at but was great!

About the size of my fist a bit bigger it was a large burger and definitely worth the money for the combo $19 to get the fries and drink included.

4/5 seasoned fries: good but not the star of the show it was crispy and seasoned well.

During lunch I wouldn’t go to this location unless you work in the plaza. Parking was hard to find and $15 for 1 hour if you use the plaza parking.“
