“Finally a place that has a fantastic bagels, got a 1/2 dozen and ate 2 by the time I got to my car! Crispy on the outside and soft in the interior! Had the pastrami sandwich and Turkey Reuben for lunch. Also a big plus, they had Brown’s Cel Ray soda!“

“This is a no frills bagel and sandwich place. I’ve been here a couple times and I’ve never been disappointed. If you want something that feels like it was homemade and fresh, this is the spot as it’s run by a husband and wife duo. While the options and variety are pretty standard, the flavor is definitely not. Love going to grab something quick here and their prices are reasonable. Little hidden gem, don’t find many places like this any more.“

“I'm from Long Island, NY and 100% a bagel snob. I've been to more than a few places here and this place is #1 when it comes to bagels and sandwiches. They used to make egg everything bagels on the daily (my fav) but stopped since I guess not many people bought them, which is the only somewhat negative thing I can say. However, they will make them if you ask for a dozen a day ahead. Either way, their bagels are always fresh and warm and delicious. Their egg sandwiches on bagels are amazing as well! This is the only place that is even slightly comparable to NY and I will stand by that forever!“

“I have been coming to Brooklyn Bagel weekly for over a decade. They have hands down the best bagels in the region, and also the best employees (I call them my bagel heroes)! Even with the recent growth of other bagel spots in the region, Brooklyn Bagel remains the best. Absolutely worth the trip! Be prepared for lines on the weekend and bring cash to pay and tip to make the experience better for everyone.“

“We have lived in the building right next to Pops bagels for a while now and we love them as a nice easy breakfast option. The staff are always friendly and nice and I rarely have to wait long to get my breakfast.

My only complaint is that there is a very limited selection of bagel flavors, and unfortunately, in recent months that everything bagel has come with far too much salt on it, making it inedible at times. This would be a three star review however the staff are always friendly so I had to give four.“

“This has definitely become my new local coffee shop. It’s the kind of place you can go to every day before work starts—it has already become that for me.

The atmosphere is great; it’s a very easy place to get some work done or settle in with a book, and the outdoor seating is a huge plus. I love coming here in the morning for an iced mocha and their sausage, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. The seasoning is excellent and the food is always fresh.

The staff is super nice and they are incredibly quick with orders. I’m already planning on heading back this Saturday with my new read.

“Not only are their bagels, dessert goods, etc. absolutely phenomenal, the decorations inside look great and they were quick and efficient when it came to having my sandwich/bagel made. They also found my wallet when I accidentally dropped it, and gave it back to me when I was searching for it several hours later.“

“I ordered at Buffalo & Bergen only once befoee, long ago. I went there today for a Too Good To Go bag. I ordered an egg & cheese bagel sandwich while I waited. The bagel was fresher (softer) than most I have eaten and the sandwich was tasty and reasonably priced. I will try other items next time.“

“My new favorite coffee shop! I ordered a latte and breakfast sandwich online, but forgot to order decaf, so I called the number on the Toast account, and it was the owner's personal cell (whoops!). He said he would relay the message to the cafe, and he did! The latte is great and the breakfast sandwich was also pretty good. The atmosphere is just ok, not sure I would choose to eat in. “Kid said best gluten free sandwiches they have ever had 🤣. It was expensive for us but it was good and in a pinch of trying to find gluten free decently priced in georgetown it worked. Did not get contaminated but did take a gluten digest just in case. Hibiscus tea was pretty good too.“

“I really enjoyed my visit to Qargo Coffee Lafayette. The space feels modern, cozy, and perfect for working or just relaxing with a drink. The baristas were super friendly and made my latte just right. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but I think the atmosphere and quality make it worth it. “We stumbled upon Baked by Yael when we visited the Old Town Alexandria’s farmers market and David was wonderful and helped us discover their cake pops and that our little guy could eat them! We then had the pleasure of speaking with Yael when we visited the shop in DC. We had a cookie bar, black and white cookie (divine) and more cake pops that our kiddo could have! Finding a place that understands food allergies and has items that we can eat has been amazing! Highly recommend!“

“Bacon double burger: 9/10 The first bite of this burger was full of flavor. I recommend the secret sauce with it. After a car ride home the burger wasn’t much to look at but was great!

About the size of my fist a bit bigger it was a large burger and definitely worth the money for the combo $19 to get the fries and drink included.

4/5 seasoned fries: good but not the star of the show it was crispy and seasoned well.

During lunch I wouldn’t go to this location unless you work in the plaza. Parking was hard to find and $15 for 1 hour if you use the plaza parking.“

“The Chicken Avocado Wrap was really good, and seemingly a great deal at $10.90, but somehow when I added a Snapple tea, the total came to $15.84. That leads me to belive that unpriced drink was like $4. Moral of the story, those unpriced drinks is where they make up for the lower entree prices.“
