“Went to dinner at Cubano’s with a big group. Warm, intimate, and cozy vibe - floral decor, friendly staff, handled our table with ease. Unfortunately they were out of the ceviche and oxtail that I was eyeing on the menu. Food came out hot and fast. I sampled half the menu taking a bite from everyone’s plates. Everything was solid, but no standouts… except one! The 4 Leches cake? Chef’s kiss! That alone is the reason to come back!
Drinks were average — no presentation, nothing memorable. But service was smooth, and the ambiance works for groups or casual dinner. If you’re near Cubano’s, go for the 4 Leches cake! Everything else is fine too, but that dessert’s the star!“

“Walking into Havana 151 you must enter a beautilly decorated elevator going to the 2nd floor where you're walk back in time to Havana, Cuba. Julia was amazing and graced us with an Old Cuban that instantly took me on a flight to the Caribbean! We ordered the Dos Dip with tortillas and plantain chips which paired lovely with the refreshing mango salsa and guacamole. Highly recommend and will be back for more!“

“One of my favorite quick bite places. The coffee, the cocktails, the food, comfort. The empanadas are a fave and the platter of 12 a win to have for a gathering. Feels like warm and home. One of the few places I’d grab coffee or a cocktail solo. Will always return“

“Any place where I don't have to directly interact with someone to order my food is fantastic! I was able to come in, seat myself, go through the menu on my own, and even grab my own water. But other than that I was able to sit down and enjoy my dinner in peace. Also their cocktails are phenomenal!“

“The best Cuban sandwich I've ever had! Out of three at that (one in Tampa and one in Atlanta) but still unbelievably good! Great iced coffee too. Excellent service, cozy atmosphere, good prices, and super bikeable thanks to the 14th Street NW bus/bike lanes. A real gem in Columbia Heights.“
