“The older short Hispanic woman working the front counter and the back as well on 4/19/26 12:09 deserves a raise. Even though she was working the register she was also prepping peoples orders in the back simultaneously on a busy Sunday and calling peoples orders by their name, not just their number. Had a great attitude despite the business. Love people like her and hope her upper management acknowledges her for it. Wish I got her name to post here but didn’t want to interrupt her in the zone. “Meets the standards of an O.K. McDonald's franchise, food-wise. The patrons can be a bit rambunctious, especially if you're not from the area. I'd recommend the drive-through. However, if you go a any actual mealtime, expect a longer wait than reasonable. This location's ice cream machine works more frequently than average by a significant margin.“

“At the time of day that I was at Mickey D's there was kids everywhere and they were extremely loud, needless to say that I got up and left. Overall the store was clean. The floors were decent. Plenty of tables available and they also were clean.“

“I love this one because of the places nearby and the inside decor! It's pretty and it's more fancy than most McDonald's, but, when they forgot my sauce to my food they charged me an extra 35 cents for sweet and sour sauce which I find incredibly irritating because most McDonald's don't do this.“

“I order a Quarter Pounder Delux with cheese and they didn't even put the cheese on it. Yet the put the special lable on it reading with cheese. Total lies and I paid for cheese. I will never order from them with put checking my food first. I was totally disappointed. Please check your food.“

“Not used to not having a drive through but we went in the middle of lunch. Used the kiosk with my app to place order 10 mins later our food came to our table. Associate had the ketchup in his apron so we didn't have to wait. Food was hot and fresh. Inside was clean and so were the restrooms.“

“I work in the area and come here everyday for lunch the staff that sees me is always nice I have NEVER had an incorrect order. The store is mostly clean people eat in here all the time, I haven’t used the bathroom so I can’t speak on that. People use one bad experience and try to define the whole store.“

“McDonald’s Union Station Washington, DC Yes, it’s possible to find a meal under $10 at Union Station in Washington, D.C. I was at the redeveloping station determined to be out of the U.S. for the week of July 4, 2026, so that I could avoid the semi quincentennial spectacle. Amtrak Vacations developed an itinerary that would take me from Union Station to Chicago, then to Seattle, then to Vancouver, Jasper, and Banff. Visitors will be seeing many changes in the station, affecting where and how passengers wait for their train. The changes include a dedicated waiting area for Amtrak ticket holders and a Metropolitan Lounge for sleeper-car passengers. The station features Wolfgang Puck on the second floor, Chopt and Chipotle among others in the food court below the main floor, and a reliable McDonald’s near the departure gates. For my visit, I ordered a double cheeseburger ($3.39) and small fries ($2.59). The service was quick and accurate, the food reliably hot and fresh – less than 8 minutes from placing the order to picking it up, with panhandler who thoughtfully was not in your face. There’s a small set of tables on site within sight of G gate. All things considered, this was way more sensible than Wolfgang Puck on the second floor.“

Food is what you'd expect from Maccas. Service is fine. Bathrooms roped off sometimes. Sometimes it's rowdy. Sometimes the ice cream machine is down. But moe the amount of times this place saved my ass? An asset to the community. May they continue to prosper for years to come. I love you Howard Maccas.“

“This is one of the busiest McDonald's locations I've ever been to, and honestly, that's probably the best way to describe it: busy, busy, busy.

No matter what time I stop by, 9AM 3PM, 11PM, 3AM, there always seems to be a steady flow of customers in the drive-thru and inside the restaurant. Despite that, the staff does an impressive job keeping things moving. Orders come out quickly, the food is consistently fresh and hot, and they almost always have what I'm looking for in stock.

What stands out most is how hard the team works. Given the amount of traffic this location gets, it's clear that the employees are constantly moving and doing their best to keep up with demand. I've always been impressed by how efficient they are, especially during peak hours.

The dining area can sometimes be a little messy, but that's more a reflection of how busy the restaurant is than a lack of effort from the staff. It often feels like they clean something and a new wave of customers comes right in behind them. Considering how much traffic this location handles, they're doing a great job.

I'm also excited to see the upcoming remodel. This location is already a convenient and reliable stop, and the renovations will make it even better.

Overall, this is a dependable McDonald's with hardworking employees, fast service, and consistently good food. I'll definitely keep coming back.“

“The service here is always great. Most of the staff are friendly and serve the customers with pride. Food is always fresh and you can get through the drive through in a flash. The only downside is the large amount of drug induced people that congregate in front of the store. They beg for change and try to sell you stolen goods.

Parking: The massive amount of people hanging in the parking lot occupy the parking spots.“
