“We were staying at a nearby hotel and needed a snack on Thanksgiving night abd they were open. Staff were friendly. Food was normal mcdonlds fair. Im glad it was close to our hotel. Its was full of national guard which was just ackward for everyone.“

“Standard McDonald's experience. Ordered food at a kiosk and it was delivered to my table pretty quickly despite being there during the lunch rush. My burger and fries were fresh and hot which I appreciated. The dining area was clean and well maintained with plenty of seating. If you're looking to grab a quick bite to eat on foot, this is a great place to do it.“

“It's very clean and spacious. Lots of tables and seats, excellent for family get together. Orders are prepared very fast, and people here are polite.

Parking: I love The crispy chicken. It's so tasty.

Kid-friendliness: Very friendly store in a nice neighborhood.

“This is a McDonald's that is always busy, so be patient when you go. If you go inside, please remember the geographic location of this location. There's no telling what you will see or hear. Police come fairly often, but not as much as before. As far as the people and food quality, it's as good as McDonald's gets! Staff is friendly, as long as you do not get out of line with them! They're constantly moving, quickly to fill the orders. The staff is very hard working, please respect them when you go in 😁“

“At the time of day that I was at Mickey D's there was kids everywhere and they were extremely loud, needless to say that I got up and left. Overall the store was clean. The floors were decent. Plenty of tables available and they also were clean.“

“I love this one because of the places nearby and the inside decor! It's pretty and it's more fancy than most McDonald's, but, when they forgot my sauce to my food they charged me an extra 35 cents for sweet and sour sauce which I find incredibly irritating because most McDonald's don't do this.“

“Why review a MickeyDs? Because the staff are AMAZING here—friendly and courteous. They really shined through COVID. I hope they get the treatment they deserve from the franchise.

Food— always order through the app and the food is fresh and hot. Cheeseburgers and fries and a Diet Coke. Keep it simple and real.

If you’re a soda nerd, BRIX levels are perfectly calibrated and your sodas are as intended.

It’s worth a trip up to this location.

“Ok sent in the city and region in this case there is no payment and delivery to the city and back on the card and on which one you definitely will not have different options to choose from several days a week on vacation for a week on Monday in the area in in for many centuries ago

“I got a bacon egg & cheese biscuit & after i went home to enjoy it there was mold on my breakfast sandwich..
Also on website it says they open at 5am , went around 5:30 they said they open at 6am, waited til then just for somebody to be there the entire time just looking at me not staying if they were opening or not taking anymore customers“

“I work in the area and come here everyday for lunch the staff that sees me is always nice I have NEVER had an incorrect order. The store is mostly clean people eat in here all the time, I haven’t used the bathroom so I can’t speak on that. People use one bad experience and try to define the whole store.“

“Not used to not having a drive through but we went in the middle of lunch. Used the kiosk with my app to place order 10 mins later our food came to our table. Associate had the ketchup in his apron so we didn't have to wait. Food was hot and fresh. Inside was clean and so were the restrooms.“

The reviews are overly harsh on the workers at this mcdonalds - in my experience they are normally youngish people who do a good job in a place which attracts lots of odd/down on their luck characters...

It isn't the most inspiring place, unfortunately.

When I was in, a whole table of people left a table looking like a bomb site and was rude to the young guy behind the till.

All in all, I have been here a lot and the criticism is a bit unfair, the people behind the counter are really doing their best.“

“Very welcoming atmosphere, decent price for large sweat tea, VERY CLEAN STORE, and a warm atmosphere which is what America was supposed to be of, citizens coming to sit and eat amongst each other even if but for a moment to recognize who the citizens of America or visitors are.“

“Food is always accurate and good. The only thing bad about service is you have to get the attention of an employee, which is often difficult, to get your mobile order. They don't call your order number, and a fellow customer informed me that I have to grab someone's attention and show them my order number.
The other gripe I have really isn't the fault of McDonald's. 9 times out of 10 there are people sitting by the door asking for money, and once there was someone selling something (not drugs).“

You can’t go wrong with a McDonald’s breakfast when travelling on an early Amtrak, and the small McDonald’s at Washington, D.C.’s Union Station didn’t disappoint when we visited at 6:30am on the morning of Memorial Day, Monday May 26, 2025.

Unusually, the McDonald’s didn’t have electronic kiosks but we were served quickly by the cashier. We ordered:

🥯 Steak, Egg & Cheese Bagel and hash brown = $10.09
☕️ Premium Roast coffee upcharge = $.40
🍔 Sausage & Egg McMuffin and hash brown = $8.69
➕ Extra sausage = $2.19
🍊 Orange juice upcharge = $1.50
😢 Tax = $2.29
💰 Total = $25.16

A similar order, at Boston’s North Station last summer, cost us $20.40, once again showing the rising cost of eating at McDonald’s. Despite this we enjoyed our food as we travelled south from D.C., bound for a few days at Williamsburg in Virginia.

On our last visit to D.C., in summer 2017, our train suffered a severe delay and we had a long wait at the station, so we got our supper from this McDonald’s. We can say that the breakfast was much better!“

EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE OWNS their scope of support, and coralate their work with others to ensure smooth, speedy, high quality producing shifts. I have not glanced at their numbers compared to others in the metro and I am will to PUT MONEY they are leading in almost every metric. I recently visited the McDonald's on 14th Street and wanted to highlight my experience with Tracey. Despite the busy atmosphere, Tracey is always so nice and welcoming. Every time I see her, she has a big smile on her face, which truly brightens my day. Her positive attitude and friendly service make each visit enjoyable. “The service here is always great. Most of the staff are friendly and serve the customers with pride. Food is always fresh and you can get through the drive through in a flash. The only downside is the large amount of drug induced people that congregate in front of the store. They beg for change and try to sell you stolen goods.

Parking: The massive amount of people hanging in the parking lot occupy the parking spots.“

“Ima be real I have to admit they need more people here but they’re in the middle of Georgia ave, Howard, dozo endless schools around, bars etc for what they have to deal with this McDonald’s for me does have pretty good customer service skills they can work on getting orders right like others have said can’t complain I salute these guys because most people can’t work in the environment they’re in and they’re open late and I’m pretty sure one of the few McDonald’s that open late with a drive through in uptown“

“This place is amazing between the single table that had women twerking on it, the friendly workers, the homeless people who will not take no for an answer and everyone else in ski mask you kinda fear for your life but that’s the thrill you get a meal and a show 10/10 would eat here again!“
