•Got their spicy chicken sandwich, and hot honey snack wrap with fries. Food was good although the fries were a bit soggy already. Hot honey wrap is a must-try!“

“This place is always super clean there is always a place to sit and the staff don't bother you even if you don't place a order might be a little slow but ur fries are always super hot customize everything it always comes out just right they do pay attention to detail“

“At the time of day that I was at Mickey D's there was kids everywhere and they were extremely loud, needless to say that I got up and left. Overall the store was clean. The floors were decent. Plenty of tables available and they also were clean.“

Just tonight, the fries weren’t hot (it was a cold snap) and asked them for hot fries at the window. They quickly resolved it — resolved it professionally and without needing to rant on TikTok about it.

“I love this one because of the places nearby and the inside decor! It's pretty and it's more fancy than most McDonald's, but, when they forgot my sauce to my food they charged me an extra 35 cents for sweet and sour sauce which I find incredibly irritating because most McDonald's don't do this.“

“Not used to not having a drive through but we went in the middle of lunch. Used the kiosk with my app to place order 10 mins later our food came to our table. Associate had the ketchup in his apron so we didn't have to wait. Food was hot and fresh. Inside was clean and so were the restrooms.“

“I order a Quarter Pounder Delux with cheese and they didn't even put the cheese on it. Yet the put the special lable on it reading with cheese. Total lies and I paid for cheese. I will never order from them with put checking my food first. I was totally disappointed. Please check your food.“

“I got a bacon egg & cheese biscuit & after i went home to enjoy it there was mold on my breakfast sandwich..
Also on website it says they open at 5am , went around 5:30 they said they open at 6am, waited til then just for somebody to be there the entire time just looking at me not staying if they were opening or not taking anymore customers“

“It's a good place to eat sandwiches , but the only point of giving 4 star is because of its outdated use of technology, they don't have self ordering screen from a while. They have installed it recently but it hasn't worked many of the times.“

“I work in the area and come here everyday for lunch the staff that sees me is always nice I have NEVER had an incorrect order. The store is mostly clean people eat in here all the time, I haven’t used the bathroom so I can’t speak on that. People use one bad experience and try to define the whole store.“

EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE OWNS their scope of support, and coralate their work with others to ensure smooth, speedy, high quality producing shifts. I have not glanced at their numbers compared to others in the metro and I am will to PUT MONEY they are leading in almost every metric. “The service here is always great. Most of the staff are friendly and serve the customers with pride. Food is always fresh and you can get through the drive through in a flash. The only downside is the large amount of drug induced people that congregate in front of the store. They beg for change and try to sell you stolen goods.

Parking: The massive amount of people hanging in the parking lot occupy the parking spots.“

“Ima be real I have to admit they need more people here but they’re in the middle of Georgia ave, Howard, dozo endless schools around, bars etc for what they have to deal with this McDonald’s for me does have pretty good customer service skills they can work on getting orders right like others have said can’t complain I salute these guys because most people can’t work in the environment they’re in and they’re open late and I’m pretty sure one of the few McDonald’s that open late with a drive through in uptown“

“Sean who worked the 3am shift went above and beyond to get my order for me. I was only able to order from the app, and it automatically went to drive thru even tho I was inside and he grabbed it for me - he did this for several others as well“
